About this house rental
Arrive, feel at home, enjoy, and relax…
….any time of year in this high-quality vacation home with ocean views, furnished with great attention to detail. Built in 2016, it offers ample space for up to 6 people across 126 square meters and is ideal for both families and 2–3 couples. It’s located right on the beach path, surrounded by a 1,300-square-meter lot, and offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea—all the way to the island of Poel. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, bright living area (48 square meters) with an open kitchen, a fireplace, a cozy corner sofa, and a large seating area for the whole family. It serves as the social heart of the home. In the custom-designed kitchen, equipped with every convenience (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer), cooking together becomes a wonderful vacation experience. From a seat at the kitchen counter, you can let your gaze wander over Wismar Bay. The large family table invites you to enjoy meals together and long game nights in a cozy setting. On cooler days, you can relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove. The color scheme of the entire interior features natural tones, creating a very harmonious atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to the west-facing terrace. It is equipped with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol. You can enjoy the sunset from the beach chair. A large bathroom with a spa shower and a spacious sauna further enhances the feel-good atmosphere of this special thatched-roof house. A separate guest restroom is also located on the first floor.
In the utility room, you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), as well as a children’s room with two single beds. All rooms offer ample storage space for your luggage thanks to the custom-built furniture and can be darkened with pleated shades or curtains. From one of the bedrooms, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Another room with a sleeper sofa can be used as a quiet retreat for relaxing, watching TV, working, or reading. A desk with a view of the Baltic Sea is available for your use here. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The high-quality full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub rounds out this special vacation home. While showering, you can enjoy the view of the fields and the sea beyond. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable indoor climate. On the large property, there is a garden shed where you are welcome to store the house’s gas grill and any bicycles you bring along. A handcart is available for your trips to the beach. The high-quality beach chair and sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun on the terrace. The solid wood furniture offers plenty of space for cozy barbecue evenings with a view of the Baltic Sea. There are two parking spaces for your cars in front of the house.
