About this house rental

Enjoy the Baltic Sea air and this lovingly and tastefully furnished house in every season.

The semi-detached holiday home with around 80m² has a spacious living room on the ground floor with a separate dining area and a modern, bright fitted kitchen. From the high-quality living room you have direct access to the south-west terrace with teak wood furniture and a small garden.

A guest toilet is available on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet and double sink, two bedrooms with pull-out single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 6 people.

A travel cot and a high chair, as well as a child safety lock on the stairs on the 1st floor, are available for our little guests.

There are two parking spaces one behind the other at the house.
WiFi is available to you free of charge, but you can log in at the energy box using a QR code.

It is approx. 70 m to the beach.

Wir haben wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Insel Poel verbracht und dazu hat auch das Ferienhaus beigetragen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr positiv ist uns auch die Gestaltung der Außenanlage und des Freisitzes hinter dem Haus aufgefallen. Hier merkt man, dass sich die Besitzer des Hauses kümmern und ein Händchen fürs Detail haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und vier Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder hatten genug Platz im Haus.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel liebe eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause.

Leider ist in dem Inserat nirgendwo ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht Bestandteil des Vertrages sind. Wir zahlten daher einen unangemessen hohen Preis im dreistelligen Bereich für die Wäschepakete zusätzlich. Der Staubsauger war voll und daher nicht benutzbar. Auf den Ausziehbetten waren große Mengen Fussel und Schmutz. Die Kinderzimmer sind extrem klein. Ans Fenster kommt man mit ausgezogenem Bett nur, wenn man auf das Bett tritt.
