About this house rental
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a separate dining area and a modern, bright fitted kitchen.
From the high-quality and lovingly furnished living room with fireplace you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which is on the way to the beach.
A guest toilet and washing machine are available on the ground floor.
On the upper floor you will find a beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet.
The four cozy bedrooms for a total of 6 people are equipped as follows: one bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms with a double bed (1x1.40x2.00m and 1x1.80x2.00m) and a bright, friendly room in the attic with two single beds.
A high chair, as well as books and toys are available for our little guests. A travel cot can be booked via PAS for a fee.
Enjoy your terrace: garden furniture and a grill are available for you.
WiFi is available free of charge.
It is approx. 70 m to the beach.
Parking space available at the house.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, zusätzlich waren im Kinderzimmer viele Spielsachen hinterlegt, was unseren Enkel sehr erfreute!
Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde sofort durch eine neue Maschine ersetzt!
Alles perfekt und super freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter - wir kommen wieder :)

Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig. Alles was man im Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Bei Regentagen kann man die Zeit innen verbringen. Es war eine schöne Zeit, wenn auch kurz. Auch im Umfeld passte alles. Im Schuppen konnte man noch Kinderwagen u. kl. Wagen für die Kinder unterbringen. Der Pkw-Stellplatz reichte auch für unseren 9-Sitzer Boxer-Bus aus.Es gibt nichts, was wir an unserer Unterkunft kritisieren könnten.Verbesserungsvorschläge - das ist keine Kritik, wie schon gesagt, waren wir so sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns auch bei dem Team:- Eigentlich braucht man im Urlaub keinen TV, nachfolgendes ist nur für die optimale Nutzung des TV-Gerätes:Meine Enkel, 2 und 4 Jahre, sind abend ein paar kindergerechte Filme vor dem Einschlafen gewohnt. Der TV ist hochwertig u. lässt USB-Sticks zu. Allerdings nicht die Fernbedienung. Ich habe mich 3 Std. vergeblich bemüht, hier aus der Anleitung der Universalbedienung eine kompl. Bedienung zu finden u. alle Codenummern einschl. Internet durchprobiert. Der TV reagierte nur auf Ton u. Programm, jedoch nicht auf weiteres. Falls es eine spezielle andere Nummer gibt, sollte die dort speziell zum TV stehen oder die Original-Fernbedienung enthalten.- die vom Wohnbereich hochgehenden unteren Stufen sind rechts sehr scharfkantig und stellen eine Gefahr für Kinder dar. Auch falls dort ein Erwachsener fällt, könnte er sich am Kopf schwer verletzten. Normalerweise hätten sie beim Bau abgestumpft sein müssen. Deshalb empfehle ich Ihnen, hier handelsübliche Kantenschoner auf den Kanten der Stufen rechts zu kleben.Wir hatten dadurch keine Probleme, aber die Verbesserungen würde ich empfehlen.
