A warm welcome to our thatched cottage, “Möwe Emma”!
Our vacation home is located in the resort town of Zierow, at the “De Poeler Drift” thatched cottage complex, idyllically situated among meadows, fields, and the adjacent Wismar Bay.
Your vacation home offers you rest and relaxation. Enjoy the sunrise with a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the terrace (garden furniture and umbrella provided) or in the beach chair. A charcoal grill is also available in the garden for cozy barbecue evenings. For entertainment, you’ll find board games in the shed. Bicycles you bring along can be stored in the bike racks by the shed. There are two parking spaces on the property.
The wild beach of Wismar Bay, about 400 m away, is a roughly 10-minute walk. The main beach is a 15-minute walk away. A handcart is available in the shed for your beach gear. What more could you ask for?
Our “Möwe Emma” also features a stylish and cozy interior. Whether at the dining table or in the cozy sitting area, you can relax in front of the fireplace, browse through the books and magazines provided, or enjoy various board and card games. For TV enthusiasts or music lovers, there’s a high-quality TV with Wi-Fi, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with Bluetooth. A small DVD collection is also available.
If you feel like cooking or baking together, take advantage of the high-quality kitchenette (induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave) equipped with all the necessary cooking and baking utensils. A special cookbook with tried-and-true, delicious recipes is available for you to try out.
On cold, dreary days, make yourself comfortable in the sauna and round off your sauna sessions with a wellness shower.
In the utility room, you’ll find a washing machine with a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
All windows in the house are equipped with fly screens.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the two other bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm). This ensures that not only the parents but also their growing children can enjoy restful nights. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV.
Your vacation can begin right away—we provide bed linens and towels free of charge.
The modern bathroom on the upper floor features a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub. A guest restroom is located on the first floor.
Just let your mind wander and relax. Our “little corner of the world” promises a return to nature.
