A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 3-minute drive to Wohlenberger Wiek Beach or the 5-minute drive to Hohen Wieschendorf Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Nice home. Plenty of space. Beautiful garden. Great location, though not much nearby to walk to other than a strawberry picking farm (we went twice by car and really loved it) and a beach about thirty minutes by foot or five minutes by car — if you are not a walker, this will not matter. However, it was the perfect location for exploring the region. And the nearby beach was lovely - we went twice during our stay. Do expect to pay extra for linens and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and only a few toiletries supplied. However, Kaufland is only a 9 minute drive away and we were able to easily buy the missing supplies. We were unfortunately told that both the washing machine and dishwasher were not working upon check in. This was of course disappointing. That first evening (Fri) we tested both machines and found the washing machine WAS working, which was a huge relief. However, the dishwasher was not. On Saturday a repair person came and on Monday a new one was installed. I was very happy because communication with the property manager was very good And he was always responsive. With German punctuality they came to install the new machine earlier than scheduled and we were in the middle of preparing our breakfast, which was awkward. However, we feel satisfied with the arrangement as we received a partial refund for our Inconvenience and as stated before, the matter was dealt with quickly. With a new dishwasher, future vacationers should not have the same disappointment. Glad we stayed here and we would recommend this vacation home.

Alles inordnung und unkompliziert.etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.für familien mit Kinder top...ca.1,5 km zum steinstrand und 2,5 km zum sandstrand. Internet/wlan sehr schlecht! Alles in allem schönen Urlaubern ruhiger Lage verbracht

Tolles Haus mit großzügigem Wohn- und Essbereich, einem gut gepflegtem Garten für Außenaktivitäten und großen Bädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar ein Grill und Outdoor-Spiele, sowie Liegen und zwei Fahrrädern standen im Gartenhaus bereit. Ein schönes Rundum-Paket, das Freude bereitet hat.

Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet und praktisch für eine große Familie. Die Kindersicherung für die Treppe sollte erneuert werden. Die Strände Richtung Boltenhagen kann man empfehlen.

Die Ostsee ist immer eine Reise wert. Alles in der Anzeige stimmt! Es ist absolut familienfreundlich. Die Lage ist, wenn man sich fürs erste umgeschaut hat einfach traumhaft! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider gibt es im Dorf keine Möglichkeit einzukaufen, dafür aber einen Brötchenwagen der morgens rumfährt und alle viele nette Orte MVPs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mann kann bei schlechtem Wetter, was es an der Ostsee kaum gibt einfach in die nahegelegen Orte und wenn es schön ist, kann man wandern, Radfahren und man erreicht in allen Richtungen ganz schnell die Ostsee... Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Thermann für diese nette Unterkunft!!!!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Strände in der Nähe waren nie zu voll. Besonders zu empfehlen: Wanderung vom Strand Campingplatz zur Marina hohen Wieschendorf

Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war Klasse, auch die Küche ist wie zu Hause eingerichtet, wirklich perfekt! Die Ostsee ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war sehr schön, sauber und alles vorhanden. Wir waren zu 7 Personen und wir konnten uns wirklich vom täglichen Stadtleben und Stress gut erholen und die Stille der Natur am Strand genießen. In allem war es eine schöne erholsame Zeit.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und groß genug für einen entspannten Urlaub zu sechst. Mit dem Auto kann man von dort sehr schöne Ausflüge machen und zu Fuß ist es nicht weit zum Strand. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen, der Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ohne dabei auf Komfort verzichten zu wollen.

Wir waren jetzt schon 3 Mal in diesem schönen Haus und haben hier für ein verlängertes Wochenende unser alljährliches Familientreffen abgehalten. Das Haus ist wirklich eine absolut gelungene Mischung zwischen stilvoller/wohnlicher Ausstattung und praktischer bzw. großzügiger Aufteilung aller Wohn- und Wirtschaftsbereiche. Schon gleich der Flur zeigt, dass das Haus absolut durchdacht konzipiert ist. Auch wenn sich hier drei Generationen gleichzeitig z.B. für eine ausgedehnte Steilküstenwanderung einmümmeln, gibt es für jeden ausreichend Platz. So zieht sich das durch das ganze Haus. Ob gemütlicher Wohnzimmerbereich, gruppentauglicher Esstisch, großzügige Bäder oder flexibel zu nutzende Schlafzimmer: Alles perfekt durchdacht. Fazit: Als 4-Personen-Familie fühlt man sich hier pudelwohl aber auch mit 8 oder 10 Personen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein sehr schönes, modernes, sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Haus. Tolle Lage, sowohl um Natur und Landschaft mit und ohne Strände zu genießen, als auch, um Abstecher in nahe gelegene Städte und Ortschaften zu unternehmen. Die Villa Jo-Kla-Da ist für einen Ferienaufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, sei es für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, für Erwachsene, Best Agers oder Senioren.
