This modernly furnished vacation home offers four bedrooms, two of which have double beds and two of which each have two single beds. There are two bathrooms—one on the upper floor with a bathtub and one on the first floor with a shower. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together, and the terrace with a grill is a great place to relax at the end of the day.
The living area features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a Bluetooth soundbar. Two additional TVs are available upstairs. The central outdoor swimming pool is just 150 meters away and can be used free of charge from May through September.
The price includes all utility costs such as heating, electricity, and water, as well as final cleaning and accommodation costs for the number of guests booked. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is also included. Washing machines are available for a fee of 2 euros per use (coin-operated).

The modern, built-in kitchen is fully equipped—including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven—and is perfect for enjoying meals together. For relaxing moments, the living area features a flat-screen TV with a Bluetooth soundbar and radio, and there’s an additional TV upstairs.
You can enjoy cozy barbecue evenings on the furnished terrace. A handcart is available for rent—ideal for outings or trips to the beach.
The outdoor sauna by the pond, available to all guests, offers additional relaxation. It operates with a coin-operated machine.
