This modern vacation home features four bedrooms—two with double beds and the other two each with two single beds. Two bathrooms ensure your comfort: one with a bathtub is located upstairs, and one with a shower is on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together, and the terrace with a grill is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.

The living area features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a Bluetooth soundbar. Two additional TVs are located upstairs. The central outdoor swimming pool, just 150 meters away, is available free of charge from May through September.

The price includes all utilities such as heating, electricity, and water, as well as final cleaning and accommodation costs for the specified number of guests. Wi-Fi access is, of course, included. Washing machines are available for a usage fee of 2 euros (coin-operated).

This family-friendly vacation home offers approximately 89 m² of living space and accommodates up to 8 people—perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. It features two bedrooms with double beds and two additional bedrooms with single beds. Two bathrooms—one on the first floor with a shower, the other on the upper floor with a bathtub—provide added comfort. A hair dryer is also provided.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, and oven—ideal for shared meals. In the living area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with a Bluetooth soundbar and radio. Additionally, there is another TV available on the upper floor.
You can use the infrared sauna in the house—for your well-being. Please bring coins to use it.
You can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings on the furnished terrace. A handcart is available for rent for excursions or trips to the beach.

A special highlight is the outdoor sauna by the pond, which is available to all guests. It operates via a coin-operated machine.
