About this house rental
The house has four bedrooms—two with double beds and two with two single beds each—as well as two bathrooms: one with a shower on the first floor and one with a bathtub on the upper floor. There is a well-equipped kitchen as well as a terrace with a grill, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The living area features a flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth soundbar, a radio, and a DVD player. Two additional TVs are located on the upper floor of the house.
The central outdoor swimming pool is only about 150 meters away and can be used free of charge from May through September.
The rental price already includes all utilities (heating, electricity, water), final cleaning, and accommodation costs for the number of guests booked. Wi-Fi is also included. Washing machines are available for a fee of 2 euros (coin-operated).
The property is fully fenced.

With approximately 89 m² of living space, this family-friendly vacation home offers plenty of room for up to 8 people—ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. The accommodation features two bedrooms with double beds and two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort: there is a shower on the first floor and a bathtub on the upper floor. A hair dryer is also available.
The modern, built-in kitchen is fully equipped—with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven—and leaves nothing to be desired. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with a Bluetooth soundbar and radio in the living area, as well as another TV upstairs. A coin-operated washing machine is available.
You can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings on the furnished terrace. A handcart can be rented upon request—perfect for outings or the trip to the beach.
The outdoor sauna by the pond invites you to relax and is open to all guests. It is also operated by a coin-operated machine.
Dogs are allowed upon request.
