About this house rental
Enjoy your stay with up to 10 people in this vacation home in Boiensdorf not far from the Baltic Sea.
After parking your car on the double parking lot, you enter your vacation home through the entrance hallway, from which it goes down to the first floor and upstairs and the HWR with washing machine.
In addition to your balcony overlooking the water below in front of the house you have a barbecue terrace and sufficient lawn around the house, so that your children have space to play here. In the basement there is a living room with open kitchen (one stove, two refrigerators) and large dining table. The small hallway leads to the second floor-level shower room.
To the beach it is about 1500m, about 15 km to the fine sandy beaches of Poel or Rerik. About 17 km away, the world cultural city of Wismar manages the balancing act between antiquity and modernity in the most outstanding way. In Wismar, you can also visit the Wonnemar world of adventure and well-being, which offers ultimate bathing fun for the whole family 365 days a year and is therefore a good bad-weather alternative during your bathing vacation, just like the indoor playground Mumpitz. Or the island of Poel, which you should explore on foot or by bike, because a quiet and worthwhile destination.

Wegen der Einreisesperre nach DK mussten wir kurzfristig ein anderes Ferienhaus finden. Sehr unkompliziert konnten wir das ziemlich neue EFH in Boiensdorf buchen. Nach wirklich freundlicher Begrüßung konnten wir sofort einchecken. Vor dem Haus sind drei Stellflächen für PKW. Im EG befindet sich der große Wohn/Essbereich mit über Eck stehender Couch mit 5 Sitzplätzen, davor ein großer TV. Der Esstisch mit 10 Stühlen war für uns 7 Personen mehr als ausreichend groß. In der großen und sehr gut bestückten Küchenzeile mit zwei (!!) 4-Platten-Herden, zwei Backöfen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, zwei Kühl-/Gefrierkombis bietet Gelegenheit, auch für größere Gruppen zu kochen. Vor dem Wohnzimmer ist eine gepflasterte Terrasse mit Tisch und vier Stühlen, dort steht auch ein einfacher Holzkohlegrill. Im EG ist eines der beiden Duschbäder mit WC. Sehr angenehm ist die Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten vervollständigen neben einem Abstellraum das EG.
Über eine Holztreppe gelangt man ins DG, wo sich neben dem zweiten Duschbad mit WC weitere zwei Schlafzimmer sowie eine Couchecke mit weiterem TV befinden, außerdem zwei Einzelbetten. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Betten sind mit Federkernmatratzen bestückt, die leider für fast alle von uns zu weich waren.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erlebnisreiche Ferienwoche in der Umgebung von Wismar. Wir können dieses Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen.
