About this house rental
The house is located about 1 km from the Baltic Sea in a beautiful, absolutely quiet location. From the property a path leads to the beach over fields and through a small haunted forest. The house has a fully fenced garden and can accommodate 2-8 people. On a floor space of approximately 115m ² you will find everything you need for a great holiday: 1 living room, 4 bedrooms à 2 beds, the kitchen with bench and 2 full baths. The house is equipped with every comfort: satellite TV, oven, refrigerator with 3-star freezer, dishwasher, various electrical appliances, iron and ironing board, games collection, hair dryer, outdoor terrace with garden chairs, barbecue, spacious garden and lawn.

Es war total schön und sauber alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt sogar mehr als gedacht. Die Gastgeber ware super nett und völlig entspannt!!!! Wir sind sind mit 4 Erwachsenen 3 teenagers und einen kleinkinder plus Hund da gewesen und wir können es nur empfehlen

Alles im allen war unser Aufenthalt ein schöner Familienurlaub. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war super. Das Haus war sauber, die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet.
Allerdings war kein Internet bzw. WLAN im Haus vorhanden. Dies sollte schon verfügbar sein, wenn es im Inserat steht.

Positiv: das Haus war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Sauna und Billiard/Tischtennis wurde im Nachbargebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite angeboten und war auch super, andere Gäste konnten dies auch nutzen.
Negativ: das Haus hatte äußerlich noch ein wenig DDR Charme, innen war zwar renoviert aber teilweise schon vor längerer Zeit. Die Einrichtung machte z.T. einen zusammengesuchten Eindruck und es roch in einigen Räumen etwas muffig.
Das obere Bad war sehr einfach (kein Foto auf der Internetseite), ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng.
Für den Preis hätten wir da etwas mehr erwartet.
