Leider roch die Souterrainwohnung muffig.
Die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Bücher und Infomaterial teilweise über 10 Jahre alt. Stühle knartschen und sind auf dem Fliesenboden zu laut.
Bad.und Küchenarmaturen alt und verschliessen ( sehr schwergängig ).
Die Schlafzimmer zu überfüllt mit abgestellten Möbeln.
Ein einfaches Transistorradio (mit mäßigem Empfang )steht im Wohnzimmer.
