The holiday apartment was tidy and clean.

The worst vacation rental in Dahme in years. We were very disappointed and even left early. If you'd like, I can send you a detailed report with photos.

We loved it there and would definitely go back. Lovely friendly landlady too!

Location extremely good. We liked the design and layout of the apartment and it was bright and cheery and had a very good feel to it. It was also spotlessly clean.

There was no door fitted between the living room and the bedroom. Sofa bed was advertised but it was actually a normal sofa. Shower fan was not very effective.

Attraktives Apartment!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt! Die Sauberkeit und die Raumeinteilung für die 44qm waren für uns, 2 Personen, bestens geeignet. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Induktionsherd, ausreichend um ein leckeres Frühstück zu bereiten, ebenso wie Handtücher und saubere Bettwäsche.

Schicke Wohnung in Strandnähe

Gute und zentrale Lage, Strand und Promenade fast vor der Haustür. Betten bzw. Matratzen waren klasse, haben tief und fest geschlafen. So wie es sein soll. In der kleinen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Nie wieder.

Die Ruhe.

Enttäuschend. Kein Fahrstuhl. Bei Buchung nicht erwähnt. Ich habe geglaubt es sind behindertengerechte Wohnungen laut Beschreibung. Da ich eine gehbehinnderung habe. Nach frage vor Ort ob ich unten Wohnung/Appartement bekomme, antwortete der Herr vor Ort : Ist alles besetzt. Auch Wäschepacket usw. wurden mir einfach aufgedrückt. Und dann noch für 2 kleine Hunde 20 Euro pro Tag. Für den Preis für ein 40m² Apartment hätte ich mir am Strand oder Hotel mit Frühstück in Dahme mieten können. Ausstattung schlecht. Senseo Maschine, Kühlschrank und 2,Kochplatten. Wasserkocher haben wir und noch aus einer Abstellkammer im 1.stock holen müssen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit top Lage

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit top Lage. Von unserem Balkon konnten wir das Meer nicht nur hören sondern auch sehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben kostenlos ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl ins Zimmer gestellt bekommen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Haus war super ruhig. Von den Nachbarn her man kaum etwas mitbekommen.

Uns haben nochmal eine Salatschüssel und ein Messbecher in der Küche gefehlt.

Wir haben spontan gebucht und die Gastgeber waren etwas überrascht von unser Ankunft. Deshalb mussten wir 1:30h warten

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Schlüsselübergabe per Code, funktionierte nicht optimal, da das Internet (Telekom) im ganzen Ort sehr schlecht ist. Der Perlator der Spüle (Küche) sollte unbedingt ersetzt, bzw. entkalkt werden. Ein größerer Tisch auf der Terrasse wäre super für ein entspanntes Frühstück auf der Terrasse.

Wenn wir in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder

In der Wohnung war sehr viel Platz, was für uns sehr bequem war.

Es wäre professioneller gewesen, wenn die Rezeption zumindest zeitweise besetzt gewesen wäre. Es gab einige Fragen, die auch nicht durch ein Telefongespräch hätten gelöst werden können. Internet / WiFi war äußerst unstabil. Da wir nicht zum Urlaub machen in Dahme waren, mussten wir Internet Zugang haben, wurden letztendlich wegen der schlechten Verbindung enttäuscht. Ein Grund ist sicherlich, dass im Gebäude sehr viel Stahlbeton verarbeitet wurde. Ein Signalverstärker könnte wahrscheinlich Abhilfe schaffen.

Gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft. Einfache An- und Abreise über einen Schlüsselkasten. Parkplätze gab es sowohl am Haus als auch in der Nähe ausreichend.

Lage der schönen Wohnung war top, in ruhigem Wohngebiet und in 3 Minuten am Hundestrand und auch gleich am Hauptstrand. 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Dahme ist ein toller Ort zum Relaxen - nicht so extrem touristisch! Wir kommen wieder, danke Dorthe 🫶

Teppichboden fanden wir nicht so gut mit Hund …aber was soll’s, es war sehr sauber und es gab einen zentralen Staubsauger zum kurz durchsaugen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Hell, groß, schöner Balkon, Parkplatz im Hof, Strand um die Ecke. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

wie man wirklich an den Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten kommt, war mir nicht ganz einleuchtend, aber ein klärendes Telefonat mit den hilfreichen Vermietern hat das Problem schnell gelöst. In der heutigen Zeit keinen Geschirrspüler in eine moderne Ferienwohnung einzubauen, finde ich persönlich eine fragwürdige Entscheidung. Ich hab im Urlaub keine Lust auf elendiges Geschirrabwaschen

Wir hatten ruhige erholsame Tage und füllten uns sehr wohl.

Kurze Wege zum Strand und Bäcker/Supermarkt. Modern Eingerichtet mit großer Terrasse. Große Parkplätze direkt am Haus.

Es fehlen Haken im Bad und ein Schminkspiegel wäre auch nicht schlecht. Die Küchenzeile reicht nur für die Zubereitung von Frühstück. War für uns OK, sollte aber jeder Gast wissen.

Moderne und gemütliche Apartements nah an der Promenade, wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Das Quartier ’76 ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Self-Checkin war super einfach und unser Zimmer sogar schon früher beziehbar.

Vor uns war definitiv ein Hund in dem Zimmer, auf dem Sofa und später auf unserer Kleidung, waren noch Haare zu finden. Für Allergiker eher ungeeignet.
