This vacation home has everything you could possibly want.
With a spacious 160 m², there’s plenty of room for up to 10 adults.

The “Villa-Kemnitz” vacation home was fully furnished for guests for the 2018 season.
The house offers the perfect setting for a vacation in Dahme with up to 10 people.
The vacation home has three floors:
On the first floor, there is a spacious dining and living area with access to the terrace (facing the street but with privacy screening); from the dining area, you can walk directly into the spacious kitchen.
A separate bedroom with a double bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and a closet.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A spacious sauna is available to all guests in the house for a fee (€1.00 per token).
This ensures that wellness enthusiasts will also find what they’re looking for on-site.
On the first floor, there are 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, nightstands, and closets, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the second floor, you’ll find another charming bedroom with a double bed and closet, as well as a small bedroom with a single bed. There is a small restroom in the hallway.
There is a guest restroom in the stairwell.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, genügend Toiletten, Fernseher und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Leider ist die kleine Terasse sehr früh schattig. Waren aber rundum zufrieden
