With 97 m² of living space, featuring modern underfloor heating, a Finnish sauna, and a wellness shower, as well as a romantic tiled wood-burning stove, this vacation home has everything you need for a cozy year-round getaway on the Mecklenburg coast of the Baltic Sea.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living/dining area with solid wood furniture and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer for larger grocery runs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle) country-style kitchen with direct access to the spacious garden. Enjoy the unobstructed view across meadows and fields and relax on the “Seelenwiege” or in the beach chair.
A SMART TV, DVD player, DAB/internet radio, books, and games provide entertainment on rainy days. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
On the first floor, you’ll find the guest bathroom with natural light and the utility room with a washer-dryer, an ironing board and iron, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner, etc.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedroom with an ocean view is furnished with a solid wood double bed (180 x 200), and the bedroom facing the garden is furnished with two solid wood single beds (90 x 200), each with an additional pull-out bed (90 x 200).
The garden shed contains outdoor games and a handcart; bicycles can be stored here.
In front of the vacation home is a free parking space for 2 cars.
Special Features
The allergy-friendly vacation home with a thatched roof has underfloor heating on both living levels. Insect screens and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
For families with small children, a travel crib, baby chair, high chair, children’s toilet seat, and a step stool are provided.
