Spacious thatched-roof house in a prime location with a direct view of the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea, surrounded by nature in Zierow, Wismar Bay.
Enjoy your vacation in our like-new, high-quality “Seeadler” house, Whether in the summer on the terrace or in the garden with a view across the cultivated fields and out to the sea, or in the winter with a book by the fireplace: the house offers a wide range of opportunities year-round for those seeking peace and relaxation, far away from roads, traffic, and mass tourism, in a unique location on the edge of a settlement of thatched-roof houses. The natural sandy beach is about 500 meters away and can be reached via a small dirt road. A few meters further on is a well-maintained public beach (admission fee required) with a large playground and a beach volleyball court. The light-filled Seeadler house, spanning over 106 square meters, features on the first floor a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and a reading nook, a fully equipped, separate kitchen with high-quality appliances and a seating area, as well as an adjoining utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. There is also a new shower room with natural light on the first floor.
Upstairs, the house has two large bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (a cot can be added to both bedrooms). In addition, the second bedroom has a single bed that can be extended to 160x200 m. A full bathroom with a shower and bathtub rounds out the upper floor. The house is designed according to the latest energy efficiency standards; the underfloor heating installed throughout the house and the thatched roof ensure a pleasant indoor climate. On the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, you can unwind in a beach chair sheltered from the wind and sun and let your gaze wander over the vastness of nature or the ships passing by on the Baltic Sea. The large garden offers space to relax, play, or barbecue on the brick grill. The property includes a lockable garden shed and two parking spaces.
