High-quality, modern amenities await you at the "Aquata" double vacation home.
The solid Swedish hardwood floors and lovingly selected details captivate with their uniqueness. The kitchen is modern and equipped with many extras, and the open fireplace—visible from all sides—brings a cozy atmosphere to the home, especially on colder days. The sauna features a wellness shower and offers a pleasant space to relax. The guest restroom, which has natural light, is also located on the first floor.
New amenities have been added to the living area. A high-quality YAMAHA hi-fi floorstanding speaker with Bluetooth functionality and dimmable LED lighting in the living room (visible in the corner in the sofa photos). Now even those with “more sensitive ears” can enjoy listening to music.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed and dressers. A second TV is available in one of the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have a TV.
The shower room, featuring a real-glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet, is located in the thatched house’s characteristic bat-wing dormer. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Pleated blinds, curtains, and window shutters provide privacy.
A washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies, an ironing board, and an iron, are stored in the utility room.
In the south-facing garden, you can make yourself comfortable on the patio furniture and let your gaze wander over the meadows and fields. A parasol is provided. Additionally, a beach chair and lounge furniture are available for relaxing in the garden. A Weber electric grill is available for barbecuing. The natural beach is about 500 m away. Dogs are allowed here.
Two parking spaces are located right next to the vacation home.
