The thatched cottage “Villa Jane” was lovingly named after a beloved four-legged friend and is very popular with guests who bring their dogs.
The vacation home is fenced in, and the large, sunny garden is perfect for relaxing by the house. Enjoy your vacation in the two beach chairs or on the sun lounger. The patio furniture on the covered terrace offers a lovely place to sit—for breakfast in the morning, for example. A small beer tap in the utility room is a nice little bonus. Round out your day with a freshly tapped beer and delicious food from the grill. The terrace is screened for privacy, and a built-in grill as well as a storage shed for bicycles you bring along are available. Little beach explorers can use the property’s handcart free of charge. Inside the house, you’ll find exclusive amenities. The very spacious and bright living area spans two levels, covering approximately 97m², and can accommodate up to 5 people. You’ll love the house’s modern amenities. The dining area in the living room offers plenty of space for up to 5 people to eat and play. A high chair is available for young guests. The kitchenette is very well equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, waffle iron, and blender, and features a sleek high-gloss finish. The wood-burning stove brings cozy warmth into the house on cooler days. After a long walk on the beach, you can relax in the sauna with a shower. You can make yourself comfortable on the two sofas with a book or in front of the swivel TV. A wide selection of books, games, local and cycling maps, DVDs, and some children’s toys are available to ensure a carefree vacation.
A leather dog bed and food bowls are provided for your dog under the stairs. Please keep your four-legged friend on the first floor! There is also a guest restroom with natural light on the first floor. Two separate bedrooms and a high-quality full bathroom are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom features a large built-in closet with a second TV and a double bed. From here, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The children’s bedroom has three single beds. A portable travel crib is available. Your vacation can begin right away—the beds are already made upon arrival, and towels are provided. The house is equipped with fly screens and curtains or pleated blinds for privacy. The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer combo, an ironing board and iron, and cleaning supplies. A safe for your valuables is provided. You can park two cars in front of the vacation home. A wallbox will be available starting in January 2026. Billing is based on usage.
