About this house rental
On the ground floor you will find an open fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and a stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine etc. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet. From the living room with dining area for 5 people and sofa seating area with flat screen TV/radio/CD/DVD you can access the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, the peace and quiet, the landscape and the sunset can. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor. Two bedrooms await you there. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a balcony where you have beautiful sunsets and a great view over the Wismar Bay. And a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed.
Due to the location and the thatched roof, please remember to only use the electric grill provided by the owner!
There is a parking space at the house.
A travel cot, a high chair and a stair safety device are available for the little guests.
Non-smoking apartment, pets allowed!

Hallo Ihr Lieben, insgesamt wie immer ein gelungener Urlaub. Das das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist war uns aus den alten Bewertungen bewusst, aber ab und zu mal ne Grundreinigung, z.Bsp. zwischen Vitrine und Wand macht schon Sinn, vor allem wenn es schon mehrmals angesprochen wurde. Auch die Fensterreinigung wurde schon mehrmals angesprochen.
Aber wir kommen trotzden gerne wieder.

das Licht im Treppenhaus ist defekt und es fehlen Eierbecher

Wie schon am Abreisetag im Büro angesprochen, hat Haus "Gustav" mit der Zeit etwas gelitten (Reed-Dach-Schäden Ostseite u. massiver Vogelkot Fenster Nordseite oben). Das müsste gemacht werden auch um die Bausubstanz nicht weiter zu gefährden. Auch könnten mal die Fenster geputzt werden finden wir. Wir haben folgende Dinge in der Küche vermisst:
Stöpsel für Spülbecken, Eierbecher, Eierlöffel, einen Brotkorb, Handtuchhalter, Salz-u. Pfefferstreuer, Streichhölzer ...
Preis-Leistung ist auch aus diesen genannten Gründen nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Die Lage ist aber unschlagbar!
