The thatched-roof semi-detached house “Störtebeker” (formerly “Kiebitz II”), with a direct view of the lake and 96 square meters of living space, is located in the new vacation home community “De Poeler Drift” in Zierow.
Small pets are allowed upon request, but smoking is not permitted. This thatched-roof house is a welcoming retreat by the Baltic Sea in every season; even the colder and gloomier days can be enjoyed here, as both a sauna and a wood-burning stove are available. In the summer, the nearby beach is a great attraction, but the surrounding garden also invites you to linger. You’ll find a fully tiled, semi-detached home equipped with underfloor heating. The high-quality interior features a solid-wood kitchen, as well as other solid-wood furniture, a sauna, and a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth during the cold season—please bring your own firewood. The red solid-wood lattice windows and shutters highlight the charm of this vacation home. The first floor welcomes you with a large living and dining area featuring a wood-burning stove. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a high-quality oven and ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. The two sofas and the armchair invite you to enjoy a cozy evening. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and Bluetooth stereo system provide entertainment, and there are also several books, travel guides, and games available. The dining area seats 4 people, and a high chair is also provided. Additionally, the first floor features a guest restroom with natural light and an utility room equipped with a washer-dryer, a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms (each X square meters) and a bathroom with a sauna.
One bedroom features a double bed (160x200), two nightstands, and a dresser. There is also space for a travel crib here, which is provided in the house along with a mattress, comforter, and pillow. The bedroom with a lake view is furnished with two single beds (90x200), two nightstands, and a wardrobe. The modern full bathroom ensures a comfortable living experience. It is equipped with high-quality fixtures (a bathtub and a shower). A hair dryer is also provided. Here you’ll also find the Finnish sauna, which is included in the price. A beach chair is set up on the furnished terrace. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and playing.
The covered terrace offers a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the lake view in all seasons. The lockable garden shed, a bike rack, and two parking spaces are located directly on the property. The natural beach is about 500 m away.
