A Dream Under a Thatched Roof: Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this delightful vacation home, which awaits you in Zierow on the Baltic Sea, just about 600 meters from the natural beach. The house was completed in the fall of 2021. With modern, well-appointed rooms spread over two levels, it’s perfectly equipped for up to 4 people. A well-behaved dog is also warmly welcome in this house.
The sturdy blue-and-white vacation home, with shutters and lovingly selected details, captivates with its uniqueness. The kitchen is modern and equipped with many extras, and the open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the house, especially on colder days. The sauna features a wellness shower and offers a pleasant space to relax. The guest restroom, which has natural light, is also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a closet, and a dresser. A second TV is available in each bedroom. The shower room, featuring a real-glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet, is situated in the thatched house’s characteristic bat-wing dormer. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Pleated blinds and window shutters provide privacy. A washing machine and various cleaning supplies are stored in the utility room.
In the southwest-facing garden, you can make yourself comfortable on the patio furniture and let your mind wander. In addition, garden loungers and a parasol are available for relaxing in the garden. An electric grill is available for barbecuing. Two parking spaces, equipped with a wall-mounted charging station for hybrid and electric cars, are located directly at the vacation home.
