The thatched cottage "Lütt Matten"—as authentic and Nordic as the Low German song "Lutt Matten und de Haas"—this newly built (2018) thatched cottage has been lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail.
The large living-dining area with a sofa arrangement offers plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy cozy family evenings by the fireplace.
The modern kitchenette, equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, a microwave, and baking utensils, leaves nothing to be desired.
The dining table seats up to 6 people. A high chair for the little ones is provided.
The wellness shower with a sauna on the first floor, the guest restroom with natural light, and the utility room with a washing machine round out the first floor.
From the living area, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with a surrounding yard and a spacious wooden shed for your bicycles.
A handcart, a beach chair, and patio furniture are available for your use free of charge.
On the upper floor of the vacation home are the three bedrooms and the full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The bedrooms can be completely darkened with pleated blinds and curtains. Insect screens have been installed to keep out pesky insects and ensure a restful night’s sleep with the sea breeze.
The first bedroom, with a lake view, features a double bed and a wardrobe. There is space here for a travel crib. The other two bedrooms are identical and furnished with a pull-out bed (single bed with pull-out function).
Bedding is already made up upon arrival and included. Towels can be booked for an additional fee.
Thanks to the underfloor heating, thatched roof, and fireplace, the entire house always maintains a pleasant indoor climate.
People with allergies can breathe easy here, as smoking and pets are not permitted.
Up to two cars can park in front of the house.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the vacation home.
