Location was great. To say it was above a tavern (which was handy) we couldn’t believe how quiet it was so we got a good nights sleep in the very comfy bed. The rooms all have a name….ours was The Woolpack.
From walking into the tavern it just smelled of clean….the young bar lady that checked us in was friendly & took us up to our room, all the way it smelt so clean…..I’ve never stayed anywhere that has been as clean as this was.
The place has been done out to a really high standard…..nice & minimalistic & modern while still having a very warm & cosy feel.
Had a great nights sleep & on the way to check out I saw the cleaning lady (Linda) & complimented her on the very high standard of cleaning & she told me the cleaning products she used, she also gave us a bit of info for future stays. Even my husband had a lot of compliments about it all too & he never says anything he just lets me book & follows along.
Otley is a lovely little town & this is a gem of a place to stay. We will go back & definitely stay here again.
It is a credit to all involved that own & run this place & even the cleaner.
