Room initially given us 141 was not good. loud music and damaged bath however new receptionist Sams helps us and given another good Room 132. Sams was very helpful and kind to us.
the first receptionist when we arrived give us one room then change it with Room No 141. Bath of this room was damaged at evening music was very loud in our room. Then Sams another receptionist help us to move us in room No 132.

Lovely hotel, good location
Not great breakfast. Room very hot and noisy. Requested quiet room but was in busy location in hotel.

Nice clean hotel, pleasant staff.
We stayed on the first floor and soundproofing is very poor. We could hear every xtep taken in the room above. This is annoying and tiring at night. Also it is a very tiring walk back from the town centre as at the too of a very steep hill.
