The location was great and parking
The room myself and my husband was in Fennick had a real bad damp, musty, dirty mop smell in it, it was coming from the bathroom, we closed the bathroom door and opened the windows in the room we were sleeping in. It was dreadful to use the bathroom and couldn’t shower or do our teeth it was that bad of a smell

Centrally located in Otley. Bedroom and bathroom were newly decorated and spotless
It’s not a hotel. It’s a collection of rooms above a pub. No breakfast available. Pub was closed half the time. No staff available much of the time

Great location. Free on site parking was a help. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious, better than expected for the money. Decent bathroom, small but nice.
The pub is only open limited and seasonal hours, 3-10 on the day we arrived (a Friday in March). We were only 25 mins early, there is no reception area or signage, so we just walked into a dark pub and were told (politely) to come back later. Not a big issue, it doesn't claim to operate as a proper hotel and it wouldn't put me off staying - but it's worth knowing in advance.

Comfy bed, pleasant staff
Parking was very tight. Bedding was marked. Shower had mold. No food available, didn’t stay second night
