Todo. La piscina, el spa, el trato recibido por parte del personal, room service hasta 22:00, Facilidad para check in si vienes pasadas las 19:00.Te lo explican todo claro, detallado y bien explicado. Hasta para mi, que soy un poco torpe me pareció muy fácil! Mención aparte merece, para mi, Sofía Calvo, "Guest Experience senior Associate". Profesional que me envió vídeos, explicaciones e instrucciones correctas para facilitarme el check in. Muy empatica y comprensiva conmigo,buena y eficaz, dispuesta siempre a ayudarme. Paciencia Sonrisa. Bpuena cara Supongo que cobrará una miseria con el convenio de miseria que deben soportar y sufrir los compañeros de la hostelería. Este mensaje no es solo para futuros clientes, los cuales van a disfrutar su estancia como hice yo, o más. Es,para los propietarios, dueños, o el.CEO de la empres. Y vean como sus trabajadores/obreros, la mayoría dan mucho más de lo que reciben.
En definitiva, Gracias Sonia calvo por tu empatia y ojalá la vida te trate como mereces.

Salvo la dificultad y el "retraso"" en saber si puedes hacer Late check out. Pero creo que esto pasa en todo Benidorm.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was flawless — every area felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained.
The location was ideal, making everything easily accessible while still offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with elegant interiors and a luxurious feel in every corner.
Every single detail, from the décor to the service, was carefully considered and truly elevated the experience. The rooms were comfortable, sophisticated, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. It’s rare to find a place that combines outstanding hospitality, beautiful design, and impeccable standards so effortlessly.

De mooie kamers en afwerking van het hotel.
Onze kamer was aan de straatkant - helaas ….
We hebben meerdere nomads hotels gedaan onder andere Javea en dan mag die hotel zich eerder een resort noemen ipv deze in Benidorm …
De bar aan het zwembad was gesloten wegens personeelstekort.
Roomservice ook niet beschikbaar ‘s avonds….
Het restaurant was ook helaas gesloten - enkel open op vrijdag & zaterdagavond..
Voor er dan een volledige week te zitten met een peuter - hadden we echt verwacht dat alles klopte .. helaas was dit niet het geval ..
