A gem near the train station.

The location is excellent and we booked this location due to an early morning train departure. However we were blown away by Giancarlo's hospitality. He gave us a captivating history lesson of Pisa from the terrace and enjoyed chatting during the stay. Highly recommended!

Nichts für uns

Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Keine Privatsphäre. Die Jalousien lässt sich wegen eines Mückengitters nicht schließen, Vorhang gibt es keinen, aber einen Balkon auf dem der Vermieter vorbei spaziert. Es ist laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Der nahe gelegene Bahnhof ist auch nachts laut, der Vermieter hat den Fernseher ziemlich laut eingestellt und telefoniert gerne lang und laut. Es ist hell, entweder vom Bahnhof - aber auch von einem Balkonlicht, dass nah des Fenster ist und ab und an angeeht. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack etwas dünn und zu weich. Es gibt auch kein eigenes Bad, das habe ich wohl überlesen, sonst hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gewählt. Befremdlich war auch dass der private Wohnbereich mit Paravents abgetrennt. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein (aber das wäre zu verschmerzen).

Vonattal utazóknak a legtökéletesebb szállás Pisában.

A szállás közvetlenül a pályaudvar mellett van, vonattal utazóknak ennél jobb hely nem lehet. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Bármilyen kérésünk volt, segített mindent megoldani. Hatalmas történeti ismerete is van, mindent elmagyaráz Pisáról bármilyen kérdésed van. Még a Pisai Ferde Torony is látszott a szobánkból. :-) Mindenképpen csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállást.

Minden rendben volt, semmi negatív tapasztalatunk nincs.

Triple "B": Bueno, bonito y barato.

Excelentes atenciones por parte de Giancarlo, ideal para ir y venir del aeropuerto de Pisa, vistas increíbles.

Solo nos quedamos una noche porque así era nuestro itinerario, pero quizá para alguien buscando un hotel tradicional pueda no estar satisfecho.

4-dniowy pobyt z wycieczkami poza Pisę

Apartament znajduje się blisko dworca Pisa Centrale skąd można przemieszczać się pociągami do okolicznych miast albo przesiąść się na autobus. Dużą zaletą jest kimatyzowany pokój (co jest istotne przy włoskich upałach) oraz dobrze wyposażona łazienka. Właściciel jest przemiłą osobą, chętnie służył nam radą oraz winem :)

Minusem może być dla kogoś fakt, że łazienkę dzieli się z drugim pokojem gościnnym i czasem trzeba chwilę zaczekać aż się zwolni, natomiast nam akurat nie przeszkadzało to szczególnie.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo życzliwy właściciel, czystość, świetne położenie- blisko stacji kolejowej, aczkolwiek hałas nie przeszkadzał. Pokój z klimatyzacją
