Good value for money

The location is right behind the train tracks, a little far away from the city center, but convenient for travel. You don't really hear noise from the tracks, the street is quiet. The leaning tower is about 2.5km away, however the pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants is quite close. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Basic needs are covered - mini fridge, coffee, tee, TV, etc. Self check-in + lock box made everything more convenient. The host was really friendly and arranged late check-out for us, even though they were in a hurry with the next visitors. Little things could use some improvement, but great experience in general.

Bath door squeaky and hard to close, you wake everybody up if you go to the toilet at night. A/C barely working, at 30 degrees doesn't really heat. The main heating is with radiators which turn up automaticly and you can't control them, so at times it gets cold. Hairdryer is hotel style, the ones that don't really dry. I personally didn't test it, my friend did, and said it doesn't work at all.

Super nice host + an apartment with great location both to the city center and the airport

The apartment is in a great location - very close to Pisa Centrale (directly accessible from the airport via PisaMover), yet very silent. Also very well equipped, it overexceeded our expectations. The host, Alina is very friendly, helpful and flexible, she helped us with everything, even booking a taxi. The apartment was very clean and friendly, comfortable.

Since one of the apartment’s walls is made of glass and is exposed to direct sunlight during the day, the indoor temperature rises significantly. Unfortunately, ventilating the room is not really possible, and from October 1 onward, the use of air conditioning is prohibited by law. We stayed in the apartment on October 11. Although the outside air cools down at night, the interior remained uncomfortably warm. The owner was very kind and did everything possible to help improve the situation, even offering to refund the accommodation or assist us in finding another room. However, given that it was already 8 PM and we had an early morning flight, we understandably did not wish to move to another room at that time.

Good location, clean room

It was clean and very spacious room and bathroom. The location is very good. The self check-in is a huge plus. Alina - the host, was amazing 🤍

The room is on the ground floor, and you can park right in front of it. You enter through a large automatic door which is quite noisy. Basically it’s like being right on the street and when the traffic starts it’s impossible to sleep.

It was a wonderful stay

The room was lovely and clean. Great for a family of 5. Next to Pisa train station so if you have an early flight I’d recommend staying here. The communication with the owner was outstanding depending on the time of day it would be within minutes. She even left bottles of water for us as well as tea and coffee The beds were so comfy I had a great nights sleep

Great location very helpful host

Great location for the train station, centre and the airport. Room was clean and spacious and very peaceful we had a great night sleep. If coming from the train station exit via the Via Dei Cappuccini exit and the room is a few minutes walk from there. Excellent communication from the host who was so helpful.

A very clean, well located apartment, very close to the station, quiet and well appointed.

Unfortunately the bed, whilst very cosy, dipped badly in the middle. Such a shame as it was otherwise very comfortable

Ok for a one night stay if you have to catch the train to the airport early morning

It is very close to the train station making it perfect for early flights. I would not spend more than one night here.

When we arrived the front glass wall was broken and it looked like someone had tried to break in to the front by carving off an area around the latch. Alina was very responsive and assured us it was not a safety concern (in the end, it wasn’t) but it was unsettling.

the only thing which can be listed in property details is that municipality of Pisa only allows air conditioner usage June July and august hence AC won’t be available in other months

A very cosy and well-furnished place in a quiet but well-connected neighbourhood in Pisa

The location of the property is simply fantastic! It is just a 5-minute walk from Pisa Centrale Railway Station and only 4 minutes by cab from Pisa International Airport. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious - and the WiFi was great as well. Checking in and checking out were very smooth - and Alina (the host) was thoroughly helpful throughout. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing Experience

The room was spacious - had 2 double beds for just the 2 of us! Location was great ~ close to the train station and only like a 15 minute walk towards the centre! The host had great communication throughout

Emplacement parfait, parking pratique mais expérience déroutante.

La localisation de cet appartement est vraiment très pratique : 1 minute de la gare de Pise (depuis laquelle de nombreuses destinations sont possibles, comme Florence). 3 minutes de la principale artère commerçante de Pise, quelques 15/20 minutes pour atteindre la tour de Pise. Top. La possibilité de réserver un parking est aussi une belle valeur ajoutée surtout quand vous arrivez après plusieurs heures de route. Le quartier est calme, l'appartement très propre. Alina s'est montré à l'écoute, réactive et cela est très appréciable.

Je suis ennuyé car l'expérience est globalement réussie mais il y a quelques points un peu contrariants. Déjà, l'enregistrement avec Vikey. Je comprends l'intérêts d'une telle plateforme pour les hôtes. En revanche, il est inexact pour Vikey de prétendre que cela prend quelques minutes : minimum 3 photos par invités, et je vous recommande fortement d'y appliquer un filigrane. Pas forcément agréable de transmettre des données aussi sensibles à un tel acteur. Ensuite, et je pense que cela relève de Booking, mais un certain nombre d'équipements apparaissent dans la catégorie "Cuisine" : un micro onde, un bouilloire etc... Ce qui suggère qu'il y a une cuisine....et en fait, non. Ces équipements sont soigneusement rangés dans une armoire au milieu de la chambre. Il vous faut faire la vaisselle dans la salle de bain. C'est très déroutant car on attend dès lors une cuisine et un peu plus d'équipements (plaques électriques par exemple). A noter que la pièce est spacieuse mais qu'il s'agit d'une unique chambre : si vous êtes 4, vous serez 4 à dormir dans la même pièce, les 2 lits 2 places étant séparés par un paravent.

Estaba todo muy limpio y calentito. Te deja una botellitas de agua y unas cápsulas de café de cortesía que se agradece mucho.. tiene microondas y nevera. Las camas cómodas. Cerca de la estación de tren y del aeropuerto… la dueña localizable y muy atenta

Blisko stacji kolejowej - dobra baza wypadowa. Lokal czysty, ekspres do kawy, kawa, herbata, cicha lokalizacja. Świetny kontakt z przemiłą Aliną. Udało nam się wcześniej zameldować. Łatwy odbiór kluczy.

El apartamento estaba limpio, el baño cómodo y las botellas de agua de cortesía se agradecieron después de un día muy caluroso en Pisa. El parking justo delante de la puerta a muy buen precio.

El formato del check-in: largo e innecesaria tanta información. La nevera estaba desenchufada a nuestra llegada.

Solo podemos decir que todo maravilloso. Limpio, cuidado, con muchos detalles que hacen que estes a gusto, toenen cafetera. Café, secador, etc. Una maravilla. El trato exquisito, Alina es muy amable. En resumen. Un 10!!!

Super lokalizacja. Świetne miejsce wypadowe. Blisko dworca centralnego, blisko lotniska i niedaleko Placu Cudów. Ale też cicha, spokojna uliczka. Wszystko jest co potrzebne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, miła i sympatyczna osoba.

Un’esperienza deludente

La stanza è spaziosa e anche se la Tv è piccola ci sono app ( Netflix, Amazon Prime…) che si possono visualizzare gratuitamente!

L’host al momento dell’arrivo, non si è fatto nè sentire né tantomeno vedere. La posizione si trova vicino alla stazione centrale di Pisa, ma alle spalle e la zona era buia, soprattutto perché siamo arrivate verso le 20.00. Il giorno seguente non ci è stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto lasciare la tassa di soggiorno e come per magia, appena sono arrivata a casa mi è arrivato un messaggio per ricordarmelo ( mentre per darci il benvenuto non avevano il mio numero?) Mi ha risposto che avrei dovuto rispondere via mail, ma per favore!!!!! Tra l’altro la stanza è ricavata in un garage, con porte finestre di vetro( sicurezza 0 spaccato) e non c’ è la cucina, ma solo un fornetto per riscaldare. Non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi regalassero un soggiorno gratis!
