Talia By KlabHouse - free access to Villa Melzi

Talia by KlabHouse is a modern apartment located in Bellagio, in a quiet pedestrian village on the lake, which boasts a small and characteristic dock for boats and the entrance door to the Gardens of Villa Melzi.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi, garden view and private parking 5 minutes from home.

Our Guests will have free access to Gardens of Villa Melzi, at just 50 meters from the house, and from there they can walk to the center of Bellagio in a few minutes.

The entrance of the apartment opens onto the Living room with garden view, furnished with a sofa, television, a comfortable armchair that converts into a single bed, and a modern kitchen with dining table. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The Borgo, called Loppia, is located 50 meters from a small beach and an excellent restaurant is located below the house. The famous Center of Bellagio with its restaurants and shops can be easily reached by 10 minutes walk through the Gardens of Villa Melzi.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a house without a lift, it is recommended to reach the destination by car, park the car, and enjoy the holiday by walk.

* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed
* Parties or events are not allowed.
* Check in from 3:00 PM - Check out by 10:00 AM
*The Final Cleaning Fee also includes the provision of towels and sheets for all guests, check-in/check-out and assistance during the stay.
* Deposit: upon arrival we will ask for a security deposit that will be returned on the day of departure after checking the inventory and deducting any damage caused to the accommodation itself.
* Tourist Tax: the price does not include: €3 (over 12 years) per night to be paid upon check-in.
*There will be some documents to review and sign upon arrival. We will need to register all guests according to Italian law, so we will require an identity document for all guests staying at the property.
*Since the apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), guests must communicate their vehicle's license plate before arrival.
*The Gardens of Villa Melzi have the following opening hours: 10am-7pm
