I thought the property was cute

Personally, I would not stay here again. It was quite expensive and although we are in Lake Como, it would be more worth it just spend $300 more or whatever it cost to be closer to the center. The walk to the center (or ferry) is 24 minutes of a treacherous hill, with the trek being a mile one way. Also the room did not have AC or the AC did not work well and I was unable to open the windows for a breeze as there was no screen so bugs got in. The free breakfast was not my style although my friends did comment they liked it. I also got a woken up to a rooster at 4:30 AM.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, and I travel very frequently. The hostel is located in a spacious house with high ceilings. As a result, there is always plenty of fresh air inside. It was genuinely easy to get a good night's sleep, and the atmosphere remained comfortable even when the hostel was full. In the morning, you'll wake up to the sound of roosters and other gentle countryside noises, creating a peaceful atmosphere and making you feel close to nature. The surroundings are beautiful, with mountains, a nearby stream, and plenty of greenery. Breakfast was filling, delicious, and healthy. It was especially nice that many of the products were locally sourced from nearby farms. The location is excellent. The hostel is away from the tourist crowds, yet both the center of Bellagio and Villa Melzi are within easy walking distance. It offers the perfect balance of peace and convenient access to the main attractions.

The room was clean and nice. We received bonus to see the gardens nearby which we used. It was not easy to get to the hotel since we weren't sure how to get to it with a car. Anytime I wanted to ask something at the reception there was nobody there. Anyway, we had good sleep and we left quickly,

The breakfast was very bad. I wouldn't even call it that way. It is far away from the city center, but it was affordable and we reserved late.
