the apt was perfectly perfect! so cozy, romantic and very comfortable.

when the weather is rainy and cold, unfortunately you can't go very easily to Bellagio centre. in the sunny days you just walk for 25-30 minutes and you're there.

Rosy was my favorite part! I arrived late and she made sure to make me a reservation at the restaurant as soon as I arrived! Right next to the San Giovanni secret beach and about 30 minute walk to all the best restaurants and bellagio pier

Relaxing holidays in a beautiful part of Italy.

Rosy and Gaia were exceptional hosts and Gaia was there to meet and greet us. They were available to provide lots of information on Bellagio and the lake. Location is good, in a nice, old San Giovanni part of Bellagio, close to the lake, boat stop and beautiful old church. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Most attentive hostess and the property is beautifully romantic... perfect!

Rosy was the most attentive host. She xplained everything we needed to know about the accommodation and local area. The accommodation was beautifully appointed with a mix of traditional features and modern facilities. The room was as stunning and romantic as Bellagio. The centre of Bellagio is only a 20 minute walk away. We enjoyed seafood at the restaurant which is also owned by Rosy and her family. The fish is freshly caught by Rosy's husband and absolutely delicious.

Location is good, in a nice and small neighborhood. The host was available to answer our questions about Bellagio. Kitchen is very well equipped.

There was a machine in the laundry that was always making a big noise from time to time. There is a church nearby that rings a bell every hour. In the morning, it is quite annoying.

Fantastic old-style apartment in a calm village - further away from the crowds of Bellagio but within a walking distance. Free parking lot on the edge of the old district, 5 min to the apartment, and the hostess was there to meet and greet us. Everything was as beautiful as in the photographs. The apartment is near a local church so one charming addition is the tolling of the bells in the morning.

Amazing place to feel the ambiance of the Como lake

We were delighted with our stay in La Corte. The room was beautiful, newly renovated and very cosy. It was very warm there and the water was hot (it was very important to us, as we stayed there in February). The hosts were very friendly and stayed in contact with us before our arrival. There was a very big free parking close to La Corte. La Corte is a small fishing village with an amazing ambiance, close to Bellagio. During our 2-days long stay in La Corte we discovered an endearing story linked to this place, filmed by a popular VOD service. La Corte is the place that we would like to come back one day.

Aunque habia checking autonomo Rosy nos recibio y explico un poco todo. Nos unas capsulas de cafe, unas galletitas. San Giovanni no tiene mucho, pero lo suficiente, para estar comoda y conectada. Hasta su propio embarcadero. Hay un parking gratuito sin limite de tiempo (agosto 2025? Que esta muy cerquita de la casa y muy.comodo en un jardin precioso. Tuvimos una estanvia fantastica!!

Super nette Besitzerin, Kaffee, Wasser und Kekse gab es. Um die Ecke ein schönes Cafe mit Tischen draußen, geeignet auch für ein kleines Frühstück und Mittagessen. Das Haus lag nah am Wasser, Wirklich toll alles

A localização é excelente, quase no deck de San Giovanni. A proprietária extremamente atenciosa, nos recebeu e forneceu diversas dicas. Alugamos um barco e passeamos pelo Lago di Como, foi o ponto alto da viagem! O apartamento é extremamente bem equipado e confortável. Ice, labrador da família, uma atração à parte.
