Stunningly romantic apartment!

Perfect apartment for two, really clean and well appointed. Ample space to make it your home. Owner really helpful and made us very welcome. Excellently located for exploring the local area. Also, some very nice places to eat within a short walk. Definitely recommend, and we will be heading back again!

Nothing not to like! Be wary of the narrow roads to get there (hire a small car) but it's all part of the fun.

Clean and well equipped flat and facilities The pool was fantastic! The host also has sun chairs and an umbrella which was great. Clear and easy communication with the host who gave helpful info/instructions. The location to the beach and Lake Como was fantastic (across the road < 150 meters). We could choose between the pool and lake.

Flat is next to the main road, which can be a little noisy. Also, it's approx a 15-20 min walk to Bellagio center. Neither was an issue for us but good to know.

Lovely stay and Bellagio is beautiful

Lovely apartment on the ground floor, with air conditioning. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely shared swimming pool and grass area. Parking too.

It took us half an hour to walk to the centre of Bellagio, some of it on a road with no path. This was not a problem for us and it was great to not have to drive.

Superb

Lovely good sized apartment that had all we needed. Host was extremely helpful. Located near a lovely bakery and seafood restaurant in San Giovanni.

20-minute walk in to Bellagio main town (incl uphill) so you need to be prepared for that every day (buses and boats are infrequent). Fine for us but those less mobile my prefer to be closer.

Lovely apartment and Giovannia was very quick to respond to any questions we had

The apartment was lovely, very clean and good facilities. Especially the pool in the garden. The bus stop outside the apartment is great to have if you do not want to walk into Bellagio. The Tobacco shop next door was handy for bus tickets and water . Across the road there is a lane which takes you to the lake to a rocky beach area and an amazing Snack Bar , which was a bit pricey but food was good. Great views

For us, The mattress on the bed was very hard and we didn’t sleep well at all. The main road right outside is very busy and very loud especially motor bikes. No pavement either. The walk into Bellagio is about 20 minutes and along the busy road.

Pros - it was spacious, clean, and the pool was lovely. It was pretty quiet considering the location on a main road! The owner was responsive and helpful.

Cons- Since it was on a main road and the window coverings don’t go all the way up, if you’re a light sleeper the headlights of cars will shine in at night. Also I recommend bringing your own towel for the pool/beach as there aren’t extras. Lastly it was a bit difficult to locate the parking lot since the building doesn’t come up on google maps.

Nice and clean appartment. Modern facilities for cooking. Perfect for the small familly. The pool is really great, but the short stroll down 100m to the lake Como and a swim there earls morning or in the evening beats everything.

The road (just outside) is quite busy all Day and Evenings. I would also liked to have an veranda to have dinner or a drink on late afternoon.

Great location close to gardens, village etc.. Pretty pool. Parking lot included! Very good information and very easy self check in. Well equipped and clean house.

All good, just good to know, too: the apartment is directly at the street, though surprisingly little-noisy. Thought he pool it next door, there is no terrace to have dinner of breakfast outside.

Overall, it's highly overpriced for a small flat without windows and with no outdoor area to use.

Bellagio sun apartment is a welcoming place, it was exceptionally clean, there was a lovely welcome gift (wine, pasta, snacks) left for us, the host contacted us in advance and gave information about keys etc. It has its own parking space which is very convenient. Bellagio public beach is only 1 minute away and you can reach the town centre by 10 min walk.

Sadly all the flat windows open straight to the very busy street (main street going to Bellagio). It was impossible to open the windows due to horrible street noise and lack of privacy. The flat is quite dark, and the fact that you have to sit with windows closed all day makes it quite unpleasant to stay. There is no dedicated outdoor area attached to the flat. There are 4 private sunbeds included, but they are located further from the pool and there is no sun umbrella included.

Perfect location for exploring the lake and relaxing!

We booked the property at the last minute for three friends and communication with Giuseppina was fantastic from start to finish. The apartment was perfectly located, about a 15 minute walk into Bellagio but right by the bus stop, near a supermarket and a fabulous little beach. The apartment was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook, as well as some breakfast bits, water and ice creams which were a lovely personal touch! Loved having a pool and access to sun loungers for lazier days. We didn’t have a car but private parking available for those that do. I would highly recommend a stay here for families or groups of friends and can’t wait to return!

Nothing at all, had initially worried about not having a lake view but with an idyllic beach a 2 minute walk away it wasn’t a problem!

Merveilleux séjour dans un appartement impeccable

L’appartement est en parfait état , bien équipé et extrêmement propre. La literie est impeccable et la chambre est équipée d’un dressing. Idéalement placé et avec un parking privé , vous pouvez prévoir de vous déplacer à pied jusqu’au centre de Bellagio. Accès au lac en face de l’appartement, villa melzi à 5mn à pied, centre historique à un peu plus d’un km à pied. L’hôte nous a donné toutes les informations avant notre arrivée afin de nous faciliter l’accès à l’appartement.
