A charming place, in a lovely setting

The host was lovely, very good comms and we were made to feel very welcome...with some lovely surprises and treats thrown in. The house is definitely 'quirky', so don't be tempted if there are small children or anyone infirm in the party (the stairs are difficult, very difficult). It was well covered for facilities, probably the only thing missing was a washing machine but the launderette wasn't too far and could be combined with a swim! The location was fantastic, close (ish) to a small beach and a decent walk from Bellagio town centre, which was perfect for us. Also, 2 excellent supermarkets are right on the doorstep.

The wall between the 2 bedrooms was paper thin, offering very limited privacy if that is an issue. Also, the area doesn't seem to recycle anywhere...we have never put so much recycling material in the waste :-(

Authentic stay at Bellagio!

Authentic building gave a lot of unique experience to our stay! The apartment has its own vibe that differs from many other available accommodation options. The balcony was a huge hit and we did like staying here!

Not suitable for peolpe with limited mobility, other than that worth staying and experiencing!

Beautiful property in a great spot

Beautiful location, amazing views and a short stroll to the busy Port area in belagio. The property is full of charm and character. There is an amazing little store 100m away that stocks Beautiful produce as well as beer and wine

The road in and out of belagio is a nightmare for a tourist in a hire car, but this is no reflection on this little gem of a house

True Italian willa

This house just gives you authentic italian vibe during your visit to Bellagio. It’s fully equipped, location is excellent (quiet place with supermarket & awesome cheese store nearby). Giulia as a host is excellent and very helpful

We liked it all, but if you happen to travel with small kids be aware that house it’s 3 stories with very steep stairs

Beautiful property with lots of character. Local food shop within walking distance and close to the lake.

Everything was great, we stayed for a week and not having an oven or washing machine were the only down sides. Everything else was great.

Perfect location albeit a little walk to the city area, but this was perfect for us as we wanted a more authentic stay and experience. It was nice to be there!

Gorgeous traditional italian home on 3 levels. Wish I could have stayed here longer than 2 nights. We really didn't get to utilise the full home. Views of lake como in the distrance and snow capped mountains were beautiful.

There was a lovely outdoor fire but no wood was supplied. It would have been great to utilise but didn't want to go searching for fire wood. Towel supplied didn't really dry anything. The things I liked about this property far out weighed the negatives.

Such a cute apartment! I didn't want a cookie cutter accommodation, I wanted an authentic Italian experience. This is authentic! Amazing views! The grocery store is so close with amazing fish choices and super friendly staff.

If you are mobility impaired this may not suit you. There are steep stairs. The view is worth it in my opinion!

Awesome place!

Very lovely, rustic, 3 story house with 2 entrances, nice view from the balcony and great terrace/sitting area with fireplace/bbq. Everything we needed, was within walking distance (stores just around the corner, nearby hiking trails to lake view points, city center of Bellagio within 15 minutes). The hosts were super friendly! We all (4 including doggy) felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay!

Très bien

maison atypique avec un cachet authentique rappelant les maisons de famille. Bien située dans un quartier calme avec une très belle vue sur le lac et la campagne environnante. Le supermarché se trouve à 2 mn à pied et La plage publique est à 15 mn à pied ce qui est pratique car il est difficile de se garer. La Climatisation dans les chambres était appréciable. Merci également aux hôtes pour leurs attentions.

La maison est charmante, propre et bien située. Endroit calme avec belle vue et à proximité des commerces alimentaires. L'hôte nous a mis à disposition de nombreuses attentions, café, jus de fruits, confiture, friandises ... La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

בעלת הבית נחמדה מאד ונענתה לכל בקשותינו. הדירה מאד מיוחדת מבחינת העיצוב, ומעניקה אווירה כפרית. יש מרפסת עם נוף יפהפה. הדירה נמצאת בשכונה שקטה של בתים פרטיים יפים. המטבח מצוייד כהלכה. המיקום - כעשרים וחמש דקות הליכה למרכז.

מבנה הדירה קצת מוזר. היא מתפרשת על שלוש קומות. בין הקומה הראשונה לשניה יש מדרגות לולייניות פנימיות מאד צרות ותלולות. לחילופין, אפשר לצאת מקומת הכניסה ולעלות לקומה השניה במדרגות חיצוניות. היו חסרים בדירה כלי מיטה ספייר, נייר טואלט ספייר, מטלית למטבח ומגבות מטבח. הקומה השלישית, של חדרי השינה, היא למעשה עליית גג, וצריך להזהר כל הזמן לא לחטוף מכות בראש...
