Nice unit but bad location

It was spacious and clean.

It was difficult to find, and communicating was difficult. It was located so far from Bellagio that we had to drive every time we wanted to go to the central area, where the parking was very limited. You had to park on the road a long distance away and walk up and down a hill to get to the waterfront. I was traveling with a friend who has mobility issues, so it was even more difficult. I would not recommend staying here if you are visiting Bellagio as it is just too difficult to park in the central area. If you can't stay at a hotel in the central area , I would recommend staying in Mennagio and take the ferry to Bellagio for a day trip.

A Gem 💎

The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and we loved chilling on the balcony. Good communication with the host. She was very kind and helpful. The apartment is walking distance to the main area about 15 minutes, and to the beach and there are 2 supermarkets close by about 10 to 15 min walk. Would totally recommend and will return.

Wonderful big, spacious, clean, open property in Bellagio. Walking distance to the main town (restaurants and lake). The host, Dani was lovely. Air con worked really well. Perfect for 2 couples.

Very enjoyable and would recommend.

Two bathrooms were very convenient for two couples. location was good. Quiet location.

It would have been nice to have a welcome pack which included long life milk. A coffee machine also would have been appreciated but despite this we would recommend this accomodation and would return.

Exceptional

Apartment was huge and very nice and comfortable, in a quiet street and very nice surroundings. Everything was accessible on foot - city center, beaches, promenade... Belaggio is small and extremely cute and we really loved our stay there.

Superb

Great location, 10 minutes from old city. Two supermarkets (Sigma and local agricultural) , cheesemaker, several pizzerias nearby. 12 minutes walking to public beach. Kitchen is well equipped. The parking lot is underground, so the car doesn't get hot. The neighbors from downstairs are very nice people. Two bathrooms are a good advantage. Great for accommodations with the dog, there's a small lawn downstairs. The video for settling is very clear.

Not a minus, but rather a feature. Cooling is organized from the pipes in the floor on the first floor, through which the cold water comes. On the second floor there is a dehydrator, which removes moisture and slightly cools the air. First two days of our stay air-conditioning was not working, so it was really hot, we could not even sleep. Once the system was fixed it became quite comfortable in the house. Cooling system doesn't make it really cold but enough to feel comfortable.

Secure free parking. Good WiFi. Clean and modern. Balcony with a limited lake view. Quiet location. Kitchen facilities. Two bathrooms with separate bedroom on upper level.

Upstairs room had very low angled ceiling. We were promised two singles and a double - we got two doubles. 15 minute walk to lake - very steep. Additional cleaning charge.

Sehr spartanische Ausstattung an Geschirr. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, enge Garageneinfahrt für große Autos schwierig. Ein Fernseher kein Signal, keine deutschen Programme. Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen, Kommunikation nur über WhatsApp. Unschöne Mängel wie abgerutschte Verblendungen in der Küche, beschädigte Türrahmen im Bad.
