Conca Verde Appartaments

Everything was perfect there. Great location, short walking distance from Bellagio old town. Our apartment was huge and beautifully decorated with period furniture and wooden floors. New renovated bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen, with water, wine and beer option to buy. Fresh herbs and tomatoes from the garden which was also amazing. Garden was also huge and beautiful with a great size swimming pool which was a game changer in August. Honestly it was the best place to relax after whole days of visiting different places in hot weather. And the last but very important - great host. Beppe was friendly and very helpful.

We LOVED staying here at Conca Verde. Isa was a lovely energetic host who had stocked our refrigerator with locally made wines for $5 a bottle, all delicious, and put a bowl of beautiful tomatoes and basil from the garden in our kitchen. There is a binder in the apartment with so much information and Isa was available to chat every day. We were very comfortable in our apartment which was clean and spacious and met all our needs. The pool was an extra bonus, the view from the terrace shaded by grape vines was fabulous, and the location of Isa's property was ideal for checking out this beautiful lakeside town. We loved this beautiful Italian villa set in the hillside above Bellagio. Views from the veranda were amazing. Such a wonderful and peaceful place to relax and be thankful for our stay here. Air conditioning was well-regulated during this hot spell, and we all loved the pool and gardens. Isa thought of all the little special details that made our stay special.

It is a beautiful property. The apartments were large and beautifully arranged. The kitchen well equipped . There was a washing machine available for use too. Louisa was friendly and her son lived on site to help with any questions and advice. There is about 10 min walk to the main strip of Bellagio and the ferry terminals. Villa Melzi is close by and worth a visit . There is a bus too that you can take to the town of Como and other towns on the way. Great location . There is a grocery store about 5-10 min walk . We loved the apartment .
