Highly recommend this apartments and the very friendly owners

The apartment has a beautiful view of the valley and the hills in a spectacular landscape setting. The owner Mrs. Louisa and her son were very friendly. They were willing to help us with our heavy luggage driving us to the ferry. Beautiful clean apartment with spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, a cozy kitchen with all the amenities and very spacious bathroom with 2 toilettes. It was located on the hill about 15 minute walk down to the Bellagio promenade.

Quiet, scenic apartmernt

Location is an easy walk to Bellagio Centrale, ferries, shops etc, but not when it's raining! View from door is stunning! Isa is a fantastic host and her son drove us to the ferry terminal on our last morning.

lovely apartment overall which is only enhanced further by Isa’s warmth

Our host , ISA is an absolute joy - warm , friendly, helpful and always available . She’s 80 years old and owns and runs the property along with her son, and she personally came to pick us up at the ferry station which was so nice of her- she left us with a bottle of Prosecco and essential provisions as well in the kitchen like pasta and tomato sauce and herbs and all utensils etc . The property is lacking in nothing at all and we loved it

The street sounds can be loud and they can also wake you up at night if you’re a light sleeper. Takes nothing away from the property or the host, but just something to keep in mind.

Best ever accommodation in Bellagio

Clean apartment and very well appointed. A short easy walk into Bellagio. Italian hospitality at its best. Even had fresh produce out of the garden...so great. Loved everything about our stay. We are two sisters travelling together.. walked into town for the best Italian coffee, restaurants and shopping. You could not ask for any more. We had everything even wine supplied for only 5 Euros...you can also get the ferry to anywhere on Lake Como virtually on your doorstep.

Lake Como stay that exceeded our expectations despite the rain.

It was incredible clean with an updated kitchen and bath along with old world charm and view of the lake. It was located within an easy walk to the downtown Bellagio area and an easy drive to the market. The host communicated well and had detailed information. She was so kind to provide us either fresh vegetables from her garden!

There was a fair amount of street noise however it would not deter me from renting here again.

Perfect spacious and clean family apartment in Bellagio

Everything!!! Spacious and clean apartment with comfortable beds for the family. Stunning views of the mountains and lake from the balcony. Great pool to use after a days sight seeing. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials to make a nice meal. The homegrown vegetables and herbs provided by Isa were such a lovely treat. I would not hesitate to book again, many thanks 🤩

Lovely location, host and value

Well equipped property in a more traditional style. The host Isa was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, and there was a laundry available. She’d kindly left a bottle of Prosecco, beer , milk, water and tomatoes in the fridge. The cupboards have stock for making pasta too. We were eating out, as there are lots of amazing options in town. It’s a 15 min walk into town which is very doable. Lovely views over an established garden.

Not a criticism at all but we dried our towels outside, (there was a horse available) as they were remaining damp hanging in the main bathroom. The bathroom was very well kept and spotless.

Super nice place, amazing view, even a pool, 15min walk to lake como, 10min walk to supermarket, 20min walk to city centre, parking places directly in front of the door…definitely a great place to stay. And the host Isa is super friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about. Because it is next to a street u can hear motorbikes during the day in the front room, but in the evening it gets less and did not disturb us at night.

An oasis

From the initial communications to the last chat before we left, we were made to feel totally at home. The location, for us, was perfect; with a short walk into Bellagio and a view from the terrace to die for. And if, like me, you worry about parking your car, the parking is spot on. I thoroughly recommend Conca Verde and hope to return some day.

Let me begin with the lovely lovely host ,80 years old young beautiful lady ,full of enthusiasm,very kind helpful .. Welcomed us and showed her quaint property ,middle of well kept farm ,very close to ferry station and villa melzi. Apartment is with two huge bedrooms ,wardrobes,living room and a well equipped kitchen Water bottles ,bread and tea /coffee already waiting for you when u arrive COOP ,a huge grocery store is 5 mins walk from property We had 4 big bags and after check out ,had to catch a ferry to Varenna to catch a train to Milan ,Beppe ,owner’s son was very kind enough to drop us to a ferry station In all ,it’s a home away from home ,the only negative is to leave this place after 4 nights stay If in Bellagio again ,I know this place I gonna be my reprise Ciao

Right Place in Bellagio

We stayed in two bedrooms and two bathroom on the ground floor of apartment with free parking and an amazing view. Isa is a wonderful host. The kitchen is full-equips. Only a 12 minute walk to Bellagio ferry port and a short distance from a supermarket. This is an ideal place to stay in Bellagio.

A shower in the bathroom is not work-well. But it is small issue when compared with the positive things.

Great value for money, excellent amenities and really kind and caring host.

The host Isa is a very welcoming and caring host. She makes a point of asking you to call her just before arrival so that she can be there to welcome you and show you around. The apartment is traditional Italian construction and the facilities are excellent. There is a Spa approx 10 minutes walk away for supplies and all amenities for washing, drying. cooking etc are provided. There is an above ground swimming pool in the garden and tables, chairs and sun loungers in various locations.

It is worth noting that Bellagio is build on a hilly promontory into Lake Como and whilst the old town is down at lakeside level, most all the rest of the town, including the apartment is uphill from there. So, be prepared for the approx 20 minute walk downhill into town and then the uphill return journey. I presume you can catch a taxi for the return leg, but we didn't do this on the three nights we were there.

Good value well located accommodation with car parking in Bellagio

Isa is a great host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Overall the facilities were very good. The shower seemed to take a long time to heat up, but it always did, and had good pressure. Having on site access to a washing machine is extremely handy, particularly when you are well into your trip. There is a very good supermarket that is easy walking distance from Conca Verde.

Could do with a room safe. Location is within reasonable walking distance to the main waterside strip of Bellagio, but after a long day it still feels like a long way back. Regardless, it is still quite suitable to use as a base for exploring Bellagio on foot.

The owner was very helpful. She helped us by accommodating late checkin and extension without any hassle. The house is perfect with a perfect view, you have everything that you need in the house, house is very clean and spacious. Large bed rooms with all you need. Fantastic apartment. A comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace, swimming pool and garden, where children play safely in front of our eyes. Located a few minutes walk from the center of Bellagio and the public beach. Close to a supermarket. Great, very nice hosts. They brought us vegetables from their garden and were always helpful. perfect location, excellent value for money

The host was very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The location has almost everything you might need for a perfect vacation (water, coffee machine, towels, linen, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, washing machine etc).

Sometimes, from the bedroom you can hear the cars, so I recommend earplugs for sensitive people .

Simply amazing

Charming quiet place with excellent location and owner Isa was simply amazing. She made us feel as we visited our Italian side of family. Spotlessly clean,cozy, very well maintained place with beautiful garden view and great attention to details. The owner freshly picked strawberries from her garden for our little ones, brought box of toys and exceeded in meeting any of our expectations. If we to go back i wont consider any other place to stay.
