Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided with a lovely welcome basket. Communication was very good and my only complaint would be that we were exhausted, advised of the time we would arrive, and had to wait a half hour before someone gave us the key. We were proactive in giving an arrival time, but as in life things may occur that make someone late, so I cannot say that it will be an issue for guests in the future. There is a market within walking distance and a restaurant 2 minutes up the road. I'd definitely recommend a stay at this location.

This property was great for our family of 4 - a large regular bed plus sofa sleeper. Also a washing machine and kitchenette made it wonderful for having a meal or two in. The property has a lovely view: some of Lake Como and the general beauty of Bellagio. We stayed in low season (March) and found out dining is really limited within walking distance (especially Sundays/Mondays). I'd stay here again, but if you are looking to be right within the "action" of the lake shore dining/shopping you might consider elsewhere. We enjoyed a lot of walking and would actually prefer this property if/when we return. The gentleman who met us for checkin was helpful and responsive (wifi initially not working and he came and fixed it quickly). This felt a lot more like "local" Italy, rather than the touristy big hotels.

The host was super friendly and made ua fewl right at home. He gave us tips on what to do and see in Ravenna. We were cery comfortable in our room. It had a lovely terrace facing the beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious, and the B&B was steps away from the historical sites. I highly recommended this B&B!

The unit was comfortable and clean. It was equipped for a long stay (stove, clothes washer, etc.) but we only stayed a couple nights. Our unit was on the top floor. There were 44 steps up to our door. Not too bad, unless you have a lot of luggage. We left ours in our car and just carried up what we needed. There was plenty of parking spaces in front of the building, just off the main road, but it all got taken during the day on the weekend. By the evening, many spaces were available, again. The location was fine. You can’t see the lake, but it’s a short drive to the lake side and Bellagio. All in all, it was good for the price.
