Awesome place, very clean and comfortable.
The place was immaculate and very comfortable, we had family staying nearby and it was plenty big enough to host some dinners.
Washing machine but no dryer, with the north climate and notoriously bad weather we could wash clothes but drying took days. Also given it was a slightly dearer option in belagio no doubt because of the swimming pool, it would've been better if it was heated, instead we paid for the privilege but was far too cold to use.

Location is amazing but be wary of neighbours. Would have appreciated some better communication!
Location and apartment were both great! About a 10 minute walk from Bellagio but in a nice quiet area. Perfect for a family or 2 couples travelling. Parking was close and super easy to get a spot. Check in was super easy with the host providing clear and easy instructions.
When we arrived there was significant mould and water damage to the door frame around the lounge room air conditioning due to moisture from the air con. The mould was quite severe and should have been dealt with prior to our stay as it is dangerous. Felt very uncomfortable sleeping in an apartment with such bad mould which definitely impacted our overall stay. We also had an altercation with one of the neighbours over the communal umbrellas around the pool. He was very aggressive and caused quite a scene. Would have helped if we had some clearer communication from the host in regards to the use of the pool and shared facilities.

The flat was clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Loved the garden area! Location was perfect - quiet and nice and in walking distance from the old town.

A perfect family apartment.
The property was spotless and looked better than the photos. It had everything we needed and Martina, our host, was extremely helpful.
Everything was great. The only thing that could have improved it was access to a mop, after soggy children came out of the pool.

Der Weg zu Fuß in die Stadt dauert 20-25 Minuten und führt teilweise ohne Gehweg an einer stark befahrenen Straße - aber das weis man ja bereits vor der Buchung :)

Propreté ,jardin , transats eau chaude efficace , wifi qui marche , parking gratuit très proche de l appartement , logement très fonctionnel , pas de superflu .
Le contact avec le propriétaire a été limité au strict minimum par des textos brefs mais efficaces , pas d empathie . Pas de café pour le p’tit déjeuner
