The location was really nice even though you had to climb steep hills going back and forth to the center of Bellagio. This was not problem for us. The yard was really nice (upstairs neighbors used it however as a passage way to their apartment). Kitchen was well equipped.
On the first evening we noticed that the other shower overflows and the whole bathroom gets wet if you use it. Additionally, the bathroom floor is made of wood so it can not handle the water and it was very uneven. We did not use this shower after the first evening not to cause more damage. So we only had one shower in use for the whole week. Then after a couple of days, both AC devices broke. They did not work with the cooling setting. It was only possible to use them as fans. We told the staff about this, they asked us to turn off and on the electricity, which did not work and then they didn't answer us anything. So in July, we had to live without AC because nobody came to fix them. Luckily, the apartment was not in direct sunlight and it did not get too hot for us.

Très bel appartement très bien équipé très propre.. .Lits king size,2 salles de bains tres agréables. Rien ne manquait.
Une petite marche de 15 mins pour aller en ville,parking un peu loin et quelques fourmis le matin dans la salle de bain et la chambre avec le mur en pierre.

Apartment itself is lovely.
Instructions about apt were non-existent, unclear or just plain incorrect.
Only 2 towels for a 4 day stay. Only 1 tea towel.
Only 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 4 days and they were cheap knockoffs, not Nespresso.
Too much paper work to fill out online.
Power goes out if you plug in the kettle. Had to figure out how to restore power ourselves. Instructions were incorrect.
Several requests from Wonderful Italy to deal with garbage but we could never get an answer on what to do with it!
Overall impression is that it's being managed very poorly.
