Villa Vittoria by Interhome

Lovely for a group and pleasant walk into the town and surrounds.

A bit dated, but it didn’t concern us. Be aware that you will share bathrooms.

De ligging van de villa in een mooie tuin en de dikke muren die het huis koel hielden. De locatie is praktisch gelegen en het uitzicht is fraai. Kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien en er was een goede basisvoorraad van zout,suiker,kruiden, olie etc. Goede verlichting en airco. Zowel voor de wasmachine als voor afwasmachine waren voldoende zeepblokjes aanwezig.

Het toilet spoelt niet goed door en het duurt lang voordat het water warm wordt. Er was maar 1 vuilniszak aanwezig.

Beautiful home with incredible views of the lake and a lovely garden with ample outside spaces for our group of 7. You are surrounded by fragrant jasmine, lavender and rosemary. Very secure property with a security gate which was nice. Short and easy 5-10 minute walk to the upper section of Bellagio. Apartment itself was a little dated stylistically and functionally but had a quirky charm. Everything was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Basement Playroom was fun for kids but a bit musty/smelly. Price was exceptional for Bellagio so take that into consideration. Air conditioning had a bit of a hard time keeping up to hot outside temperatures of June. AC was not on when we arrived and it took 6 or so hours to get to comfortable temperature making first night not the most comfortable. I'd suggest reaching out to host to ask if they can turn AC on before you arrive if you are there in warmer months. Having some bottles of water for guests would have bern nice too. Host was very communicative so I'm sure they would accommodate any request. Biggest issue for us was that the water is not recommended for drinking during summer! Didn't know this ahead of time so very unfortunate as we needed to buy large quantities of water for 7 people in town and carry back to apartment every day. Closest small markets is 10 minute walk and larger markets to south are about 25 mins. Wish they had a small wheeled cart to take to town so plan ahead if you don't have a car.

Non-drinkable water during summer and AC was slightly inadequate on hotter days.

Villa Vittoria was a great property, clean and spacious with bright colours and delightful stylish decor. We particularly loved the garden and stunning views over Lake Como. Anna and Arianna were super helpful when we arrived and throughout our visit.
