Its hard to find good affordable accom in Bellagio, but doing it again I would have gone to a hotel

Great views from the window, comfy bed. The position of the unit was great as you were in the small town

No shower only bath, furniture feels old and dated and therefore not that clean, and lots and lots of stairs, a person did help us up the last part on the way in, but daily activity and leaving are not easy climbing up at least 4 floors of steps plus all the outside stairs.

Gorgeous flat with the lake view - likely one of the best in Bellagio.

Amazing apartment right across the street from the main ferry terminal in Bellagio. The apartment has a balcony that is nice - we stayed out there and had a few bottles of wine overlooking the gorgeous lake. It's on a third floor walk up and is located in a historic building, so the ceilings are enormous and the rooms are spacious - our family of 4 was very comfortable in there. The piano was a nice touch, considering our son loves to play. All the fixtures and amenities were renovated and were convenient to use. There are historic artifacts on the walls including some proclamations by Napoleon that looked to be original and probably belong to a museum, so if you love history, comfort and most importantly gorgeous views of the lake Como this is the place to stay. As a nice touch, the owners let us stay an hour late, considering that we needed some extra time.

Perfect location, amazing views and very spacious apartment.

The location couldnt be better, right in the heart of Bellagio by the lake and the views from the apartment were amazing. There arent many holiday rentals with a view like this. The apartment was very spacious for the four of us.

The kitchen facilities were a bit disappointing, but we eat out a lot so it wasn't a big issue.

Just brilliant stay!!

The property is more beautiful than in pictures. It’s very central, the location cannot get any better. The hosts were very responsive. They gave directions to us and met us to hand the keys and show the property. It was brilliant. I will definitely come back !

We enjoyed the boutique style unit in the heart of Bellagio.

Really nice boutique unit, in a great position.Very quaint and well styled.It had a view and was comfortable and clean.Very close to the ferries and restaurants.

Excellent location. Large comfortable rooms. Lovely reception rooms. Wonderful view of the lake. Air con everywhere if needed.

One minor point. The shower in the main bathroom was a hand held one. A proper fixed shower would have been perfection.

Outstanding stay in Bellagio

Location is superb, close to ferry dock , restaurants, stores and villa melzi. The apartment is beatiful. We heard nice acoustic music from the nearby bar and the lake view is outstanding!

Can be somewhat noisy before 11 pm in the main room. But there are inner rooms which are more quite.

It’s not bad at all but it is up 4 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but others may need to know this. Also to really make this apartment special. Get a tv that works as it was sometimes stuck or delayed and atleast stick a shower curtain up as sitting in the bath with a shower head isn’t really what brits do

That view of the lake is amazing!! highly recommend it and the host Klod was very friendly and helpful. The walk-in shower everyone loved it as it felt you were in a sauna!!

Outstanding apartment in the heart of it all!!

This was an outstanding stay. The location could not be better right in the heart of Bellagio and steps from everything.

If there is a draw back it is the 67 stairs to the top but it is well worth it.

Lovely view, comfy bed.

The view was lovely. We were up an alleyway in front of the passenger dock. It was a dated (but clean) one bedroom apartment. Bed was comfy. Lots and lots of stairs to get to apartment. Not good if unfit or with injury etc. everything you need to be comfortable in apartment including washing machine, heating/cooling.

The stairs - but it is a hill town. The weird shower over bath. Otherwise good

A comfortable apartment in a central location with stunning views.

We were met by our host, Fatima, at the ferry terminal and she took us to the apartment. Along the way, Fatima gave us a potted explanation on where things are situated in the town which was very helpful. The apartment is in a prime location overlooking the car ferry which we all found fascinating! The views are stunning and we had a first rate view of an incredible thunder and lightening storm that just lit up the lake. The apartment itself is huge with three comfortable bedrooms, two fully functioning bathrooms, enormous sitting and eating areas as well as a well equipped kitchen. Not forgetting the balcony with views! Fatima is absolutely lovely and her English is excellent putting my few words of Italian to shame. She explained everything to us clearly so we understood exactly what we had to do when we left. She also gave us plenty of recommendations on places to visit and more importantly eat! Fatima told us that we could contact her at any point if we had any questions or if we would like her to organise and book excursions for us - she really couldn't have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Charming Bellagio and we would highly recommend a stay in this delightful apartment.

Spacious, clean, well-maintained lovely apartment with an amazing balcony view of the lake!

The apartment was spotless and clean. Fatima met us at the bus stop and walked us to the apartment. She was very friendly and explained all the features and gave us good local advice to get around. The view from the apartment overlooked the lake! The view was breathtaking! Just steps away from the ferry. It was the perfect place to stay!

We would have liked having a coffee maker in the kitchen.

Perfectly situated across the road from the ferry port, and also close to the alternative port which services the fast ferries. Really spacious rooms and place. Super clean with all amenities required. Lovely host who explained everything including local recommendations

Second bathroom is small, limited ventilation. Kitchen also small but serves the needs for a short stay.

my host was toooo nice and helpful! its location and view was spectacular. Youre staying at a main street/alley central to everything.

if youre not staying at a hotel be prepared to take some steps. all the steps were worth it for me but if my host didnt help as a solo traveler im not sure how i would get my titanic suit case up those stairs. if youre healthy and in shape this place is for you / us. the shower situation unfortunately the water pressure in the bath tub not so great. still the pros are much greater.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very very clean. It's at the center of Bellagio and all restaurants, bars and shops are just a few minutes away. Yasmin, our contact, was helpful and responsive. She even prepared a small bottle of Prosecco for my birthday.:) Thank you, Yasmin! The one bedroom apartment is at the top floor but it was never an issue for us. You could easily reach the top floor. Maybe just a bit challenging if you have several bags and luggage with you but I would say it is manageable.:) The view from the apartment is amazing! We even spent one afternoon just chilling at the balcony while enjoying the sun and drinking wine. Highly recommended! 💕☀️
