Bellagio Luxury Suites Apartments

The apartment was absolutely exceptional and finished to such a high standard. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully designed with lovely shower gel and hand wash provided. The towels were huge, soft and fluffy, and we also paid for the additional cleaning service, which was carried out to an excellent standard. There were some really thoughtful touches on arrival, including wine and biscuits, which made us feel very welcome. There is also a chargeable minibar, which is a lovely addition and not something you always find in an apartment. The location genuinely couldn’t be better for exploring Bellagio. The ferry is only around a two-minute walk away and you have restaurants, shops and everything you need right on the doorstep. It is worth mentioning that the entrance to the property is reached via some fairly steep steps, followed by another two flights of stairs up to the apartment. We had large suitcases, so getting them up was quite a workout! It didn’t affect our stay at all, but it may be something to consider for anyone with limited mobility or who would struggle lifting luggage. That said, Bellagio itself is very hilly and full of steps, so this is very much part of staying right in the centre. The host was lovely, extremely accommodating and clearly very proud of the property. Communication was excellent, with very quick responses to messages. The check-in process was also incredibly clear, with videos sent beforehand and key collection/check-in arranged at a nearby sandwich shop. The only feedback I would give is regarding the parking arrangement. Parking is offered through a partner garage, and we hadn’t realised that once this had been arranged, the full charge would still be payable if plans subsequently changed, despite no deposit or advance payment being taken. The host very kindly waived the charge in the end, which we were extremely grateful for.

The location was superb! We couldn't have been more central. This was my first time doing a vacation rental in my life. We stay at high end five star hotels when traveling. I was so happy to have found Bellagio Luxury Suites apartments. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It worked well for our family.

The bathroom shower was too small and the doors didn't close properly so water always leaked and I almost ³slipped many times getting out. If they could adjust the seal at the bottom, it would be an easy fix. The stairs to access the apartment were very steep.

Very clean, spacious and beautiful room. Furnitures, decor and kitchenware are all high quality. Perfect location. Only a 2-minute walk (at most) from the ferry dock, while nested in a quiet alley. Smooth check in. Owner very responsive and clear in communication. We could not be happier with the apartment.

There is no lift. You need to carry luggage up to 2 floors via narrow stairs. This did not bother us at all. But if you carry very heavy and large luggages, you might take this into consideration.
