Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bellagio!

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at this central holiday apartment in Bellagio. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from charming cafés, restaurants, and the ferry terminal, yet still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, giving detailed descriptions of how to check in and find the property. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and convenient base to explore Lake Como!

FANTASTIC!

We had a wonderful stay here! Extremely clean, Beautiful, Nice smelling toiletries, Comfortable, Fully equipped kitchen in a wonderful location in Bellagio! Food, shops & lake within a short walk! Francesca was also very helpful with check in/ info & had no issues finding the place and checking in! Will def stay again if We come back!

We had no problem but if you have problems walking then the stairs might be a bit of an issue. Also, during winter most shops are closed around Bellagio, but the few opened were fine with us!

Located in a beautiful historic building, it was the perfect place to stay and visit the town!

There was a bit of a mold smell on the outside of the apartment, inside the building in the stairs, however inside the actual apartment it was fine.

The location was perfect and the apartment itself super comfortable and clean and had everything. And the host Francesca was super helpful providing all details.

Well my only concerned was the stairs that leads to the apartment so ensure who ever is taking the apartment has small luggage and not too heavy.As I was travelling for a month and had a massive suitcase and did not help in the tiny stairs 🙃

Perfect location in Bellagio, modern, clean, stylish, well equipped, and hospitable!

This location could not be better for Bellagio. Right off the harbor, which is the center of town. Like ten steps and you’re in the middle of all the action. Ac worked great, cute little patios were so fun, space to hang clothing, store our wine and cheese, nespresso machine worked great- shower had great pressure- and kitchen was fully stocked for a little apartment. Super clean and the host was really helpful with texting her on what’s app with any questions about tours, dinner reservations , or cabs. Would definitely stay again.

My husbands only complaint was that the king bed in that suite needs a new mattress- he’s a light, fit man but he kept rolling to the middle (he said it felt like a big man had slept there before and crushed it, and I agreed.) definitely loved our time there though- cool, clean, modern, beautiful, and perfect location.

Thoroughly enjoyable.

Unlike the property we stayed in in Rome, everything in this property worked. We were treated to a very nice welcome gift (quality wine, biscuits and water). The location was excellent, the apartment was very secure, clean and well laid out with a lounge/kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. It had a taste of luxury about it. We probably didn't need 2 flat screen TVs but no doubt some would appreciate them. There wasn't a water view over Lake Como but there was a small balcony which had a table and chairs (rather nice for a drink in the afternoon). We didn't meet our host but her communications were very polite and informative. Thank you Francesca.

- The apartment design was very nice & luxurious. - It was fully equipped with all necessities from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom more than we expected. we were very impressed. - The staff was very helpful and friendly. - They have left us a welcome gift of a Champagne bottle & cookies. - The mattress was extremely comfortable. - They had Netflix.

extremely detailed communications from the host to arrange entry to property. facilities for left luggage, host available to recommend travel plans and restaurants/sightseeing.

It was clean and new

I didn't The apartment is new and clean, except cockroach on the wall. Location. The apartment is located in the center however there is no elevator and very hard to reach it on stairs with luggage. It would be OK for 200-250 € but not for 460€, for this price, it must be comfortably accessible. The manager is trying to charge more money, calling after 23 00 when we are sleep already, for our 2 years baby stay without even giving a crib. Do not advice to stay in this apartment

everything about this property is incredible, very modern and stylish😍 fabulous location about 20 steps away from the lake👌🏼 the sofa bed was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a luxurious sofa bed before! the decor and vibe was just perfection! and not to mention the host Francesca, she was incredible and very accommodating, instantly responded to any queries we had! we had a beautiful stay here and will definitely be back! 10/10
