Full well recommended. Attended by the grand daughter Laura, whose grand father owns the property.

There is a restaurant just a stone throw away. We had a sumptuous dinner. On the morning of our departure, we have had a specially cooked breakfast prepared by the Chef. It was an excellent and delicious meal.

There is nothing that we did not like except the walking distance to the town center which is about 800 meters away. A buggy transportation will be ideal.

A nice warm and luxurious stay

The view is stunning. We stayed in the apartment here. Was quite spacious with all cooking and cleaning essentials. Very good wifi and highly secured place. The place is a 10 mins walk from the bellagio ferry station. Would also like to mention that Laura our host was really sweet. She even dropped us to the ferry station as we had lot of luggage. Finding taxi is bellagio can really be a problem in winters at least. The property has a nice pool and also a decent gym and steam room. Overall the feel is quite luxurious and warm. Totally worth the price though. Would highly recommend this property.

A trip of dreams to celebrate our birthdays. Couldn’t recommend Villa Vitali more!

The property is located on the most stunning vantage point over Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The facilities available with the pool and fitness suite are second to none and the hospitality we received from Laura was exceptional. We had an unforgettable experience at Villa Vitali, thanks to Laura’s attentive welcome and continued kindness. We enjoyed days poolside, in the gym, hiking the surrounding mountain trails, exploring Bellagio, and relaxing in our balcony hot tub. A trip of a lifetime, made all the more special visiting in winter time, enjoying our first blue skies of the year overlooking snowy alpine summits. Thank you Laura for your warm hospitality and information that made our trip a breeze.

Tricker location to reach from Milan Bergamo airport. We took the airport bus to Milan, then the train to Como, then a C130 bus to Bellagio.

Very relaxing and quiet break

The quiet location, the upmarket feel, the warmth of staff, the amazing views, the comfort of the apartment. Various amenities available, which we didn't use due to not enough time. The nice touch of the welcome pack.

What a gem!

We stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment, which comes with a private swimming pool, garden and hot tub. The location is perfect: close to Bellagio, yet just outside the busy centre, giving you all the space you need. The apartment is newly built (2025), and you can feel it in everything: the luxury, the comfort, the spotless cleanliness and the high-quality materials. Even the kitchen is fully equipped with high-end pans, knives and cutlery, something you don’t often find in rentals. Laura was a wonderful host: welcoming, responsive and genuinely thoughtful. We originally booked 3 nights but ended up extending our stay by 5 nights because we loved it so much. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Vitali, a truly exceptional stay 😃

We loved so much about the property - however, it really is the beautiful grounds with outstanding views that make you love this place. Everything has been created with such thought - and generously spaced.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - Just two minor thoughts for the future - a tuc tuc like the hotel down the road to help you with suitcases up the steep hill. And maybe ability to order pastries or something for breakfast ?!

Fabulous if you want to stay at the villa the whole time and not explore the surrounding area.

The Villa was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful room and the pool is stunning.

We had an issue with transport to the local town of Bellagio. Taxi's are very difficult to get and as I was travelling with a young toddler and disabled family member this made our stay a bit difficult and we could not enjoy the surrounding area to its fullest. The host was very accommodating and did help us out, but I would recommend either hiring a car or staying in the town centre if you have difficulty walking any kind of distance.

Me and my fiancé thought everything about Villa Vitali was amazing! From the host Laura going over and above to help us when we couldn’t find a taxi on arrival and picking us up. To the great drinks at the pool bar made by Ali. The whole experience was perfect for us.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable living space. We were in apartment La Travazza, with a hot tub on the balcony. Aircon was very welcome and the apartment was beautifully fitted. Lovely family hotel.

Just minor details like the knives in the kitchen being blunt, making it harder to prepare food, but easily fixable. We loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the views were beautiful!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Vitali – everything was exactly as you would expect from a high-end property, if not better. The villa is beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect – quiet and private, yet close to the heart of Bellagio. The hosts were very friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, only more luxurious. Highly recommended – we would return in a heartbeat!

We loved everything about this property. Our apartment had everything we needed - cutlery, plates etc. There’s even a communal laundry! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautifully manicured and the view is spectacular. The pool and bar area are absolutely stunning. Alessandro made us feel so welcome by introducing us to some local wine, meat and cheese. Property is located 15 mins from the town centre. Easy walk to restaurants and 9 minutes walk to local supermarket. Our host, Laura was available to assist with any requests in a timely manner. We will definitely come back to Villa Vitali.

We loved everything about the property! The apartment was roomy, well appointed, clean, and they thought of every detail. The pool and hot tub were amazing, as well as the on site bar

The only issue we had was the price. There was confusion on my part when booking. I booked the apartment that could sleep 8 for our family of 6, thinking it was like booking through VRBO or Airbnb where it doesn’t matter how many people are on the reservation, you just book enough beds for what you need and the price is the same regardless. At check in, we had to pay a good bit more for the room because all 6 weren’t listed when I reserved online. We could not afford that price and would have booked elsewhere had I realized the full price for 6, but there was not an option other than to pay the difference once we were already there. Pay close attention to that part of booking. It was a wonderful stay and we loved every minute there! I will say it’s not necessarily fit for younger kids, although they were so nice and accommodating to us. I just felt personally uncomfortable when they were in the pool and made them stay quiet and not play too much. It’s a family run business, and everyone we saw was so friendly and helpful! Truly loved the stay.

The town is only a few mins away, for great restaurants and boats for day trips. My wife and I had an amazing time there and would highly recommend Villa Vitali to anyone.

Beautiful villa in a gorgeous setting. 15 minutes walk into Bellagio. Easy to catch ferries and explore by foot. Nice private hot tub. Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower pressure and consistent hot water. Coffee machine. Dishwasher. Shared laundry room. Parking. Can get a day pass ferry ticket and visit different villages then come back to Bellagio for dinner, then walk up the hill without having to worry about parking or how many glasses of wine you’ve had to drive. Great Como base.

Being fussy, but I really wish there were bath robes. The apartment is lovely and luxury, bath robes were the missing touch for morning coffee on the balcony. I’ll come again and bring my own.

The grounds and gardens are absolutely stunning Rooms are spotlessly clean and loaded with amenities Location is really good and only a short, pleasant walk in to Bellagio Welcome breakfast basket was a real plus and a lovely touch from the host Views from the rooms are absolutely brilliant Having your own private area with a sheltered jacuzzi is the cherry on the cake

Sometimes the button for the exquisitely clean and brand new lift would need pressing twice... that's literally the only thing I can think of

This place is simply stunning, and Laura is a wonderful host! We had everything we needed and more. Don't hesitate to book, it will not disappoint! Villa Vitali is a credit to Laura and her team, stunning traditional Italian villa set amongst some beautiful private grounds that are immaculately kept with an abundance of flowers and a fabulous pool, along with the views of the valley, lake and mountains you really couldn't ask for a more idyllic location. We chose to stay in the apartment with a private hot tub on the balcony, which was so enjoyable and much appreciated after long days cycling! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a particularly lovely bathroom and shower. Thank you so much for having us and making our first visit to Lake Como a memorable one 💕

The most peaceful and beautiful stay conveniently close to Bellagio

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of this place. The photos don’t do it justice. We loved that it was just out of town so it was very peaceful and we enjoyed the short walk into town. The pool and our private spa was great. Plus the property has beautiful views. The host Laura was also very lovely and highly accommodating.
