Fantastic.

The location was superb. The flat was much bigger than expected. And very clean.

A late check out would have been fab but the host kindly offered us a place to store our luggage after check out, which was really useful.

Nice apartment but DO NOT STAY in Bellagio in peak season!

This is a big very beautiful and well maintained apartment. You have everything you might need. The views are breathtaking.

The check-in was far from smooth. The host was not very responsive, we had to wait for somebody to come and help us get into the apartment. There is only one key for an apartment for 8 people! There is a restaurant below the apartment which often makes the whole place smell like the back of a restaurant kitchen.

Loved the Lake House

This spacious, airy and clean apartment is perfectly located to the ferries, tourist train, restaurants and shops. It is only a few steps to reach the front door from the main street of Bellagio.

Sometimes noises from the delivery trucks are heard, but the double windows can be closed to cut it out very well

Fantastic location and Views

Loved the view and location.Beds were very comfortable. Great to be able to cook meals again without having to rely on going out . very big and roomy apartment.

TVs didn’t work the best . Such a huge space a washing machine somewhere would have been great .

wouldn’t stay again, but not bad enough to move once we were there.

location was great, view was great. it was clean.

there was an old house smell that we found off-putting. the check in directions weren’t precise so it led to more stairs than necessary, exhausting with luggage. there were some bugs and some disrepair of paint and wood. the place was too expensive for these issues and we were glad to move on.

Beautiful, Wonderful holiday

The view from the balcony was fantastic, love watching the sunset and enjoying a cup of tea/coffee there. The location was great near ferry and shops

All perfect! The location is 10/10!

Best location to visit Lake Como if you choose Bellagio to stay! Very comfortable house right in the village with free parking spots nearby. We stayed for 2 night and the house was very well prepared for it. It could even accommodate 2 more people. Very easy communication with the host. And a fair price for the accommodation type + location since it can accommodate a lot of people. We even got nice tips!

The apartment is in the perfect location with the perfect view. But only had the bare essentials.

The location was beautiful. The host Paolo was very nice and pleasantly answered every question.

The air conditioning wasn’t very strong and it was only in the two bedrooms, not any other room in the apartment. We only had 1 bath towel each person for the 5 days we were there. If we wanted extra, we had to pay extra for them. Lastly, Carla, the lady who gave us the keys, wasn’t as accommodating. She didn’t explain certain things for us, such as the Wi-Fi password, the keys for the laundry room, etc. It seemed like she was trying to rush out from us and not answer any questions.

Location was amazing, easy to move around using ferries and bus transport. Beautiful restaurants and locals were very friendly

There was no soaps or shampoos, which was supplied by other accommodations. Not a big problem though!

Not as advertised! Deceptive description.

The place was not as advertised. Very deceptive. Location was excellent, but that was all.

The description and number of bedrooms was not at all what is there. There is a pull-out sofa inside the entryway, counted as a bedroom! this is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, with one living room, kitchen, and pullout sofa right inside the front door. Not useful for two families that were expecting actual bedrooms for the children.

fantastic

The apartment is roomy,, having two bathrooms was great. Was very clean. Location could hardly be better, in city center, close to ferries. Nicely appointed. Paolo was very friendly, prompt, accommodating when we had to make changes. In all we had a great experience, and would certainly come back.

The fold-out couch in 3rd room was not very comfortable, as it is relatively hard and the linens could not be tucked under something so would slide off. There is great AC in the two main bedrooms but in not remainder of apartment (was no problem for us, but good to know)
