Glorious location, had a wonderful holiday

The property is sited in an absolutely beatiful location, overlooking the eastern leg of lake Como towards the mountains behind - absolutely stunning. There are two verandahs, giving sun from early morning until late evening. The property is very well decorated and equipped. The shared pool was lovely (though decidedly cold) Easy access from there to the main part of Bellagio by car or bus. Superamarket within reasonable walking distance (though steep)

Sound insulation isn't great - if you have considerate 'neighbours' in the other appartments, all is fine, but get noisy ones and you'll hear every scrape of furniture. The signage for the property could be a little clearer - it's not obvious unless you're looking carefully for the road (well worth getting a google streetview image of the entrance to the road to know how to spot it). The car park was a pig to find in the dark - it's really easy once you know where it is, but trying to find a hidden entrance right on a bend was very frustrating, and the car park itself was tough to manoeuvre in (general advice for the whole area - if you're renting a car, get the smallest one that is big enough for your needs - a lot of roads, turning points, car parks etc are really tight) It would have been nice to have a microwave available. Not really a dislike, but the route to the local supermarket is also really non-obvious - we weren't the only ones wandering back and forth at the crossroads trying to follow a satnav route that seemed to want us to hurdle a brick wall into a steep fall - the key is to see the underground steps next to the corner bar!

Tranquil gardens and beautiful pool area with spectacular views . Bed was comfy and lake views from the terrace were lovely.

It was quite a way outside Bellagio in the hills so would recommend a car.

The property itself was lovely and clean, very well kept and spacious - perfect for our group. The pool and the views were beautiful and in a great location not too far away from the town.

Needed cleaning

Average. The floors were very very dirty (needed mopping). Not great when you have a little toddler running around. Good view from the room. Poor location.

Nice stay - but not the advertised view from our terrace

Nice pool area and a lot of room in the garden for our child to play. Some restaurants close by and bakeries for a nice coffee and croissant. Very good communication with the host

Perfect location to explore Lake Como without being caught up in tourists!

Excellent apartment, large with two balconies so you always got the sun. Very clean and very comfortable. Great location for exploring while steering clear or crowded tourists areas. Extremely helpful hosts!

Very pleasant stay

The villa is lovely and the view over the lake is wonderful. Also the hosts were very accommodative and replied on all our questions very quickly. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the villa and a cold bottle of Prosecco which was waiting for us on our arrival.

We knew that before booking but the villa is on the hill around 20-30 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio and from the ferry terminal.

Beautiful villa, beautiful location just be prepared for tricky and steep climbs.

The check in with parking the car was a little awkward. You need to have a smart phone at the ready for last minute directions and instructions to get through the gate. There are steep climbs wherever you go.

Fantastic stay - gorgeous views and apartment, owner’s instructions was best ever seen.

Fantastic stay - gorgeous views, super clean apartment; enjoyed coffee every morning on the terrace looking over the lake. Not walkable to town but we had a car rental which made it easy to get around and there’s a parking garage with a designated spot next to the apartment; also a very close bus stop if you don’t have a car. Alfonso & Elena left excellent, detailed instructions- everything was so easy and they were always quick to reply when we had any questions. Bellagio is a dream vacation and we highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location

The apartment is beautiful, lots of room and very bright with everything we needed. The location is a good walking distance to Bellagio without being in the middle of the busy town. Check in was via lock box and hosts were easily contactable via messaging and very helpful.

The location was perfect overlooking the beautiful Lake Como. I was able to park my motorcycle safely. The villa had all the amenities we needed, a perfect stay.

Insgesamt eine schöne und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit sehr bemühten und netten Vermietern.

Tolle Aussicht auf den See und die Berge, ein sehr schöner Pool. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Auf Nachfragen haben die Eigentümer immer sehr schnell reagiert.

Es war im Grunde alles sehr gut, lediglich Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern. Wir waren zu zweit da und wollten gerne das Schlafsofa nutzen. Es gab jedoch nur eine große Bettdecke. Auf Nachfrage habe wir aber direkt eine weitere bekommen. Schön wären auch zusätzliche Sitzauflagen für die Stühle draußen und eine zweite Wolldecke. Die Liegen am Pool und in der Unterkunft sind teilweise defekt und müsste ggf. mal erneuert werden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber, auch der Außen- und Poolbereich. Die Vermieter haben sich bei Problemen sofort zurückgemeldet, die Anleitung für Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert.
