The hosts were very kind and welcoming to us, and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It was beautiful to spend time in the garden, with glimpses of the lake and a calm place to spend time.
It is well valued for a stay in Bellagio, and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all well maintained and clean.
As others have said, the driveway up is steep, and it is a bit of a walk into Bellagio, but I don't think you can expect more for this price, and the walk into town is pleasant, and you need the hill for the views!

The place is beatifull with an amazing view to the lake, it's up the hill so you get to see the place from up high.
The host, Alberto and his wife, were amazing, very welcoming and they even made us dinner with no extra cost.
The place is really big with a awesome balcony and very well equiped kitchen, also the rooms are spacious.
I would definetly go there again.
It's kind of hard to get there walking and with public transportation if you carrying lugagge.
But it's not exaclty a problem with the place, but with the city of Bellagio itself.
But the views it's worth it.
