amazing vie, spacious room and friendly staff

I would recommend having more fruit and vegetables at the breakfast buffet instead of so many Pastries, to help the guests have a healthier start to the day.

A highlight on our trip.

Loved everything about it. The views are spectacular, the food was amazing (almost everything is grown there and freshly made) and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Stunning farmhouse with amazing views of Lake Como great location to walk to Bellagio . Close to many restaurants. Spotlessly clean and beautiful rooms. Fresh breakfast was outstanding

Beautiful surroundings, lovely staff and food was fresh and delicious.

Mary and her staff were excellent. Friendly and very helpful especially when I needed to see a Dr and when we learned there was a train strike on the day we were leaving for Venice. Room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Also loved the self service wine machines in the bar!

The property is a 10 to 15 min walk from the centre of Ballagio and is uphill. We didn’t mind this at all but some people may find it challenging.

Fantastic, book it.

Loved this place. It’s simple and homely, but quiet, away from the crowds with amazing lake views (even from your room!). Small walk from the town/ferry, up a slight hill, less than 15mins walk. Breakfast is great, as is the wine vending machine for afternoon drinks. Great value for Bellagio!

The location was excellent—just a short and scenic walk into town. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, with fresh, delicious options and unbeatable views. The property was very clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. The panoramic views of Lake Como were absolutely sensational.

The view is spectacular- 10/10. Breakfast also excellent and the wait staff very friendly.

The building has poor quality acoustics and so the noise transference from room to room and from above is almost unbearable at times. The rooms whilst large, lack character and cosiness.

Magical stay with the most picturesque views

This is the most beautiful property. It’s very unassuming in the photos but we were in awe every single day waking up with those views and walking up the driveway. The staff are so incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed - including checking with other hotels in nearby towns because rumours had it the busses and trains weren’t running on certain days (never trust public transport, always trust the hotel staff). The breakfast was absolutely amazing and I’ll dream about that mixed berry jam for years to come. Almost everything is grown on site and they’re very accommodating with allergies and options.

Stunning, perfect!

A beautiful place to stay. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious, it’s exactly what you see online. Also a great location, not right in the middle of town which means it’s nice and quiet, however this means a nice 10 minute walk (mostly uphill when coming back from the main town) but certainly no reason not to book this place, the walk is easy if you are well and able. The view in itself is reason to rebook, simply stunning! The breakfast each morning was fresh and homemade, and ingredients are sourced from their own farm right there on the property, and not to mention beautiful coffee. The staff were lovely and very accomodating, I just wish there was an iron in the room, however I never asked the staff if they had one on site, but certainly not a deal breaker. Cannot fault this place at all. When we return to Bellagio one day I’d love to come here again. Thank you for having my husband and I on our honeymoon.

This property was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. Me and my husband was staying here for our elopement ceremony and it was absolutely perfect for getting ready with hair and make up as well as first look pictures. Even after we eloped, we spent most of our time, just relaxing in their outdoor patio, enjoying drinks from their bar and enjoying the view.

Wonderfull stay in Bellagio - the view is the best part!

The location is absolutely perfect! On top of a little hill, with a picturesque view of the lake. 10-15 min walk to the center. Great free parking. Staff was super kind and helpful, and breakfast was the best we had in Italy (fresh and homemade). The room was pretty specious and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and remember this one for its many virtues.

The room was quite basic - bed quality and hot water in the shower can be improved.
