Nice property with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Decent Breakfast. Fun wine dispenser. About a 15 minute walk to downtown Bellagio by the docks. This may seem far for some but this can be a very busy downtown area with limited parking so this location is pretty convenient and yet away from the hustle and bustle
Our only real gripe was the limited shear shade in the bathroom. It is possible for people outside to look into our bathroom so we could not put the bathroom light on at night. Also very small shower for what was otherwise a large bathroom.

What a fabulous place!! We could only stay one night and so wish we could have stayed more. Great location, fabulous views, lovely staff and breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. All the bedding and towels smelt really lovely.

Great location that is handy to the town. We had the best breakfast we had had in 7 weeks of travelling through Italy here.
The rooms are a little tired and sterile but they were clean and comfortable.

The property has a view to the lake that is unbeatable . Breakfast was very good.
