The view from the balcony was amazing, had all the facilities that you need, everything was just perfect

Accommodation was perfect, located in a lovely area about 10-15 minute from Bellagio main town. The walk into town is very scenic. Very clean and modern apartment with a lovely balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. Fabio met us with the keys on arrival and walked us through the apartment and pointed out everything in the area, Giuli sent us on a list of recommendations for our stay and the ones we tried were all excellent.

We rented the ground floor of one of the villas, the interior was very beautiful, decorated in a typical italian style, which we very much enjoyed. The rooms were spatious and bright, everything was clean and beautiful. We had at our disposal washing machine, iron + iron board, which we made use of. There was a fully equipped kitchen as well, with a little Nesspresso machine with capsules. Parking was included and available at the property, which was very appreciated. The location of the villa is at about 15' walk from the ferry/centre. Didn't need to use the car at all, everything is reacheable by foot (groceries, ferry, restaurants, etc). I liked the fact that the host gave us a lot of information about points of interest, ferry tickets + timetable, restaurant suggestons, where to shop for groceries, etc. Saved me a lot of time of searching by myself. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. A (very) minor inconvenient, especially for people visiting in summer, is that the rooms were equipped with portable air cons, which are very loud. The host provides complelentary earplugs if needed.

We loved everything about this property. It was more like a comfortable home than a holiday let. The kindness and thoughtful extras from the owners were much appreciated. Very close to the supermarkets and a lovely 15 minute walk to the port area.
