Absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived at the apartment in Bellagio the staff went above and beyond—helping with laundry, offering brilliant touring tips, and solving our transportation challenges. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the hospitality was unmatched. Warm, professional, and genuinely caring, the team made our stay unforgettable, especially the Owner! I can’t recommend this hotel enough—truly a five-star experience in every way!

There are steep steps up to the accommodation. Okay with hand luggage but would be difficult with large suitcases.
Needs more comfy seating - only 1 sofa.
