Comfortable cosy and very welcoming. Naomi was an excellent host and always on call

It was a great location right on the lake and a walk into Bellagio. Bedrooms were very spacious with beautiful crisp linen. It was also serviced every day. On arrival the fridge was stocked with a few necessities and a welcome bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit.

The apartment had 4 flights of stairs so I would not recommend it for people with walking problems etc.

Perfect!

Located just beside Lake Como with a nice view of the lake and the Alps. We watched the sun rise from behind the Alps on both days while we were there. There is a charming pebbled path behind the apartment that leads to the town centre. Requires climbing up and down flights of stairs but that’s the charm of little Italian towns right? The minute I stepped into the building, the aroma a scented candle filled the space which lifted our senses after a day of traveling from Rome. The apartment was super clean and spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The owner thoughtfully prepped the fridge with bottled drinking water (still & sparkling), coffee machine +capsules, small carton of milk and butter and welcome fruits. There was also a multi adapter made available in the living area. Multi as it had a few plugs and at least 6 usb points. (I didn’t count) This addition actually made my boys lay around the living area (which means more time to connect) during the stay which was unusual. :) My family of five - husband and I, two teenager boys and MIL in 70s really liked the cosy & tastefully decorated apartment.

Having bidet in the toilets will be a nice addition for me.

Love the Pescallo Apartments- this was our 2nd stay! Gorgeous and spacious apartment!

Wish that a grocery store was closer or easier to get to - maybe we should have rented a small car. Because of that, we ate out most of the time, which wasn’t all bad.

A stunning & stylish apartment in a dreamy location!

Everything! We arrived late at night, and so got the wow factor from the size of the accommodation and the super-stylish interior design … but this was multiplied by 1000% when we woke up the following morning and opened the shutters!! It is absolutely THE best view I have ever woken up to! The apartment is very well equipped, and we received a lovely welcome pack on arrival - gorgeous wine too! The location was perfect - far enough away from the busy-ness of Bellagio but only 10 minutes walk away; we particularly loved being so close to the lake and having an early morning swim. We also appreciated the deckchairs! It was quite honestly spectacular!

The location is an absolute plus! It’s just breathtaking. In the morning sipping coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains! What can be better…The kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of space in the living room. Big terrace with lots of privacy. 2 full bathrooms. Good service. Big thanks to Elena and Naomi for taking care of us. Always helpful and very kind. The communication was excellent. Pescallo is really good place to stay. Only short walk away from the Bellagio. We were able to relax there! Bellagio during the day is very busy and crowded. It was nice to come back to the apartment and enjoy the tranquility. If you desire to swim you can access the lake from couple of spots next to the building.

It’s hard to say “didn’t like” about the property because it will be unfair! Please do a lot of research and consider your needs before booking. The location is amazing but it requires to climb lots of steps on a very uneven surface. It’s difficult to do without supporting footwear or if you have mobility problems. We are relatively healthy but we definitely struggled. The place is very safe! However some spots didn’t have a light so walking on the steps was difficult. Just make sure you can use flashlight in your phone and you should be ok. If it comes to the apartment ( we stayed in apartment 4 ) not having A/C in the entire space is a problem. It’s ok to sleep because bedrooms have air conditioner boxes installed. It takes a little time to get used to the noise but it’s not bad. There are portable fans in the apartment and we had them on in the kitchen and the living room and it was ok. If you travel with young kids, be aware that second bedroom in apartment 4 is not really attached to the apartment. You can’t access it from the outside but you have to use small balcony outside to get there. We had a teenager who stayed there and he was very happy about the privacy and that we won’t interrupt his sleep in the morning. And lastly, the apartment has a very interesting layout but there are steps from the kitchen/ dining room to the living room and balcony from the living room to the second bedroom with the bathroom. Be careful on those steps specifically at night. If you stay in the bedroom attached to the living room you will have to go through entire apartment to reach the bathroom ( it a really nice bathroom).

Stunning location, excellent apartment.

Beautiful apartments in a stunning location; peacefully away from the crowds of Bellagio centre, but close enough to experience the buzz easily. (The steps up and over to Bellagio are a ten minute walk) We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which has a fabulous big lounge/dining area with plenty of space for four guests. The bedroom configuration on the upstairs affords each couple their own space and is considerately set out for maximum privacy. Pescallo Bay is lovely to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very well looked after by Elena and Naomi.

We had a most wonderful time staying in Pescallo Apartments! The accommodation was beautiful, with everything that you need, and the views straight onto the lake were simply breathtaking. Pescallo village’s proximity to the Bellagio old town, but away from the hustle and bustle, plus its lake side location makes it very special indeed . Elena was easily contactable on WhatsApp and gave us lots of local recommendations, and Naomi gave us a very warm in-person welcome.

Faultless stay

Prior to arrival Elena contacted us and assisted with transport from the docks. Upon arrival everything was organized, keys handed over, and fruit, tea, coffee and small snacks stocked in the kitchen. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner.. Beautifully decorated and the location is magnificent. We will definitely be back. 10/10

Highlight of our trip to Italy, beautiful place & accomodation

they supplied some basics for us to make breakfast, also fresh fruit and a bottle of wine which was lovely. Host was easy to contact and they were able to book our dinners out and private airport transport on departure. The view is amazing, wished we could have stayed more days, will definitely like to return again, next time for 5 nights

It was a spacious apartment with beautiful views of the lake. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was really nice. Living room and separate kitchen is perfect for a family too! It was quiet and still close to town. I would stay here again!

Gorgeously and thoughtfully designed and decorated. So much space to relax and enjoy. Perfect location just a short walk to town, and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the water away from the busyness of Bellagio. If you like self sufficient luxury accommodations, this is a 10/10.

Elena the owner clearly very talented with design and architecture.

We avoid Airbnb and use Booking to avoid novice and unprofessional hosts but unfortunately the communication with Elena really left us with a bad feeling.

Wow - what a view

This is a stunning property. The view from the Terrace and windows is magnificent. The apartment decor is exceptional with Miele appliances throughout. We loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment. We would love to have stayed longer. The location is on the other side to the town which is lovely. The walk into town is up and over the hill which is great exercise. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you treat yourself.

It would be great if the tree could be trimmed so the view was increased from the Terrace. Of course that is a tiny recommendations.

The most beautiful, well equipped, beautifully designed place we have ever rented! We did not want to leave... Excellent location with spectacular views of Lago di Como!!! Bellagio itself is a gem!!! We will definitely return!!!

Very classy interior. Had everything we needed for 5 days in Bellagio. Two bathrooms excellent when travelling with two teeangers. The view from the apartment excellent.

This apartment was beautifully situated on the beach front away from any crowds in Bellagio. It was elegantly appointed with lots of space in our 3 bedroom apartment. Elena was our host and she was very helpful.
