Sofa bed needed some attention. We had to place the mattress on the floor to make the bed usable.

My first time in Lake Como - Bellagio. Such a wonderful experience. Daniela our host was very welcoming and informative. The view was absolutely stunning from the apartment and the facilities were clean and tidy! It was a very short walk from the ferry terminal and very close to the surrounding restaurants. I wish I could rate it higher than 10 because it truly was a lovely place to stay.

Stairs! (No fault of the owner) but difficult when you have luggage. My suggestion is pack light if you can.

The location was ideal and the apartment was spacious. The view from the beautiful balconies was breathtaking. The host provided lots of local info and specific instructions, with attention to every detail.

Getting luggage up 3 flights of stairs was an effort. It’s wasn’t a problem but good to know that you can’t get taxi or driver to pick up directly from apartment due to car restrictions in the area so have to walk 5 min with luggage to pick up spot .

Exceptional. Location, location, location with balcony x2 right on the lake, 1 minute from the ferries. Such a beautiful spot for lake and people watching. Restaurants all around with great recommendations from Daniela. The apartment was lovely. You never want to leave!

Good for us but be prepared for stairs, also there is no washing machine if you are staying a bit longer.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and very roomy! It had two bathrooms. We were so comfortable! We could not have asked for a better view!

Our only issue was that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had to walk the luggage up 55 steps, which is a lot for older people!

The apartment is beautiful and the location overlooking the lake is fabulous. The host was lovely and really welcoming.

There are a lot of steps to the top floor which were not a problem for us but without a lift this could be difficult for some. We hired a car abc drove from Milan. Parking was extremely difficult and this is low season so anyone thinking about driving should rethink.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and Dani was very helpful. The view of the lake was exceptional, and everything in Bellagio was a short walk away.

As we were travelling in the off season, there was some construction work on the road outside, but the double-glazed windows kept all of this noise out so we could still sleep in!
