We a very warm welcome from Romano and I asume his wife on arrival. They went through all the of what we needed to know about the apartment. Then they took the time to go through all the different things to do around Ballagio and the surrounding area explaining which ferry tickets to buy and what to see in each town. Hint buy the day pass for 17.50 which is a hop on and off mid lake area pass and you will be able to go to all the places the host go through with you. Plenty of restaurants to eat in, too many to choose from in all honesty, dont forget to check out all the ones down the allyeways there are some real gems if you look.
If the weather is a bit off then there is a host of books a games at you disposal to keep you accupied until the weather improves.
Really pleased with accommodation and the hosts were exceptional will 100% recommend this.

The unit was spacious, clean and extremely well-located in Bellagio for all activities..Barbara and her husband were excellent hosts.
The unit was well equipped, comfortable beds, nice balcony.

The apartment was wonderful. The hosts very friendly and helpful. The space in the apartment was impressive.
The wifi was pretty slow. The air conditioner on the last night started to leak so we needed to turn it off.
